My experience at this Hotel started from the airport. The shuttle service from and to the airport was efficient. The room is clean and spacious, booking was efficient. Breakfast was excellent with pleasant stuff attending to my needs with smile. The hotel is situated near the airport and the major attractions in the city. I would happily return in my next trip

Hi this is good as the staff are so nice and friendly as well as treating very hospitality We do have some issue with room facilities but same day the maintenance staff done great job Also to keep us happy the staff given us nice dinners free of charge

The customer service is amazing. The STAFF get the top Honors. This is one of those hotels that is on the edge of being a true Four * * * * star. What's missing or wrong?:
*** Check for Roaches ***
1. ROOMS have Broken or Outdate appliances (Tv, Irons, Iron Boards, Dirty & Bulbless Lamps)
2. ROOMS need a deep cleaning of the fixtures and furnishings (old painted walls, furniture, old curtains, unsteamed window frames)
3. ROOMS need furniture to be refurbished. (ALL Drawers and Cabinets all need paint jobs and broken - or missing - knobs replaced)
4. ROOMS ＞＞ BATHrooms ＜＜＜ need major improvement especially the Shower units.
A.) The tub basins are scrathed to death. B.)Top hanging shower heads leak and DO NOT stream well.
C.) Both sink & tub need drainage pipes flushed and cleaned. Pray the water does not stay clogged when the water runs.
D.) Test the Shower Doors and Tiolets for LEAKAGE. Be prepared for the Great Flood when you take a Shower or Flush the toilet. The sealant and caulking work like they are ancient.
5. The DOORS might work properly if they had proper latches. Even the interior doors have to be kept closed by placing something heavy (or wedged) at the base.

This hotel is so horrible. In my life, I have never faced such kind of thing. I booked and paid for one standard room for one night and took a shower, and went out for some personal business. The locker (card ) is with me. Around 7 pm, the receptionist called me and requested me about the locker. I told her that it was with me and I would be back. Unfortunately I faced an unforeseen problem and couldn't come back. In the morning, around 8 am, I went back to my room and realized that it was sold to another guest. Is it fair? In my opinion it's unfair. Further, the rooms do not have the necessary cleaning items. Unless you beg for the receptionist and housekeeping, they will not give you.

The neatness, hostilities and over all service are fantastic. From the Hotels in Addis Ababa, Addissinia hotel is a great and interesting specially the food, drink, entertainment, spa, gym, the lighting, fast internet service and hostilies are wenderful.

This hotel is well located, near to bole international airport. Rooms are spacious & clean. Rates are competitive. Beds are comfortable and rooms are cleaned every day. Free and good strength wifi in rooms. Staff is very courageous nature. This is my 3rd stay and each stay is very comfortable. I will continue to use this hotel for my future trip to Addis Ababa.
