This hotel is good in terms of quality but the hotel is very poor when it comes to internet 🛜 access their wife is absolutely terrible. Also the hotel is very faraway from the Main area like Bole Michael.

The service is good, because I am not satisfied with the facilities, I changed 3 rooms. The national economy of Ethiopia is not good enough, and it has been in disrepair for a long time. Although the living is very ordinary, it is understandable!

Hotel looks unsafe, old, smelly and unmaintened, door has normal key entry not electronic key system, anyone with key can have access to your room. Bellboy was smelly drunk and was winky at me with low life gheto attitude, enough to leave with rape alert scares for the night. Some doors in the 7th floor, are opened. Electrical wire are out of the box, no safety. Food look cold and only had spaghetti with salad. On the same floor coakroches were rooming around greetings guests and on the table where the food is.

My wedding at their president’s ballroom went smoothly enough, but we've encountered a frustrating situation with their policy of depositing extra money, which should be refunded if not used. Despite not utilizing the extra funds, it's been a month since the wedding, and we're still waiting for the refund. Their excuses for the delay have been comically absurd. I'm definitely boycotting this hotel.

Check-in was efficient and smooth with welcoming cup of Ethiopian tea. The staff were so attentive and happy to help in every way to make our conference a success. The facilities are clean and provided all our conference needs

What a warm welcome of the staff. They went the extra mile from the beginning to the end. Their kindness and hospitality were amazing. The food was great with both a taste of local delicacies and for the less adventurous eater also some other options.
