Shabby. We were put here by Ethiopian Air because of a connection change. People tried to be helpful, but the facility is in bad shape and not well maintained. Located far from the airport to be an airport hotel. 15 drive here at 11 at night. Taking us back to the airport at 6.30 am for a 10 o'clock flight because "traffic is bad". Would not return.

The Worst hotel in Addis Ababa I've ever seen. Very bad. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. There is always system failure. Elevator seems like falling. Room smart card not work properly. Customer service is not good.

De base, je devais rester dans cet hôtel 1 nuit car j'avais eu un problème de vols avec Ethiopian Airlines. Cet hôtel est situé à ai moins 20 minutes de l'aéroport. On m'attribué la chambre 609 dans laquelle la porte fenêtre fermait mal, il manquait un morceau de la vitre également. Il faisait donc très froid dans cette chambre. Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans la douche non plus. Une personne a tenté de rentrer dans ma chambre alors que j'y étais. Je ne me suis clairement pas sentie en sécurité, même si je ne l,ai pas payé. J'ai donc été à la réception pour leur signifier que je quittais l'hôtel et là, ça a été le drame. Les réceptionnistes ne parlaient pas anglais, j'ai donc utilisé Google trad pour leur expliquer mon intention. Quasiment tout le personnel s'est mêlé de cette affaire. Au final, la réceptionniste a appelé Ethiopian Airlines pour leur indiqué que je quittais l'hôtel. 5 minutes après cette discussion téléphonique, j'étais dans un taxi en direction du Ramada hôtel.
