After staying for a week, the Wifi and mobile phone signals were not very good. The wired network was intermittent due to power outages. Hot water was often not available. The room was quite big and the food on the top floor was delicious.

Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble ! Le personnel est chaleureux et attentionné, et un réceptionniste fait même l’effort de parler français, ce qui est une belle attention.
L’hôtel offre de nombreux services appréciables, bien que quelques points puissent être améliorés. Par exemple, il arrive que le personnel frappe à la porte malgré une indication contraire, et le room service a parfois inversé les commandes (café au lieu de chocolat chaud). Concernant le sauna, l’air était quasi irrespirable dû probablement à des plantes ou des produits utilisés dans l’eau.
Point positif : la navette gratuite pour l’aéroport, un service très pratique qui facilite le séjour.
Dans l’ensemble, une belle expérience ! Cet hôtel restera dans ma liste si je dois revenir en Éthiopie.

The hotel is very welcoming, nice atmosphere and kind staff. The girls at the reception are so kind and helpful, I will recommend this hotel nearby the airport. Also they celebrate epifanie for nice way I like the staff ,cafe I love the massage and bruktawit is best guest relations thank you so much

Covenient it was so nice the room is deeply clean spacious food and comfortable zone the nice staff they are so great I loved the massage it was very relaxing there is a full gym and also spa and sauna which are complimentary for room guest extra not expensive

food is delicious. room is excellent. the reception staff are friendly to us in resolving some small issues that cropped up during our stay the nexsus restaurant are super service was beyond excellent and clean thank you so much swissin nexsus

Everything you wanted a dream hotel to be and more a luxury barber shop with pool and spa pick up shuttel to and from airport a nice full body machine one is even greeted with a welcome as they exist airport effective hotel security they have quality shop
