This was the hotel provided to us when our connecting Ethiopian Airlines flight was delayed by 12 hours. Very near to the airport with their shuttle service. Although it was just one night, the room was not so great. The linens were discoloured from use, cockroaches in the bathroom and very loud music all night from the nightclub next door. I would suggest higher floors if at all you staying here. Not recommended for holiday stay or layover.

Room was nice and clean service was good. buffet was ok, staffs were nice and helpful. laundry was expensive. A bit outdated but the excellent staff treatment made up for it. We got option to get a room away from the nightclub noise, we are thankful for that.

I stayed at Kaleb for my business trip to addis ababa, Ethiopia. A great place to stay with excellent staff who goes beyond expectation to serve you. Special thanks to Kokeb, the receptionist, and Esu, the barman. The managers are always ready to help. Clean and cozy place that feels like home. I will definitely stay here on my future trips to addis.

I have stayed in business and found it to be the best, coziest place in Addis. A home away from home with excellent staff and a professional manager who is always willing to assist very clean and spacious. Their breakfast is yummy and has a lot of variety. The location is convenient and accessible from all locations in the city within a few minutes' distance from the airport. I will definitely consider it for my next stay.

Yep basically everything the title says. Worst hotel i have ever stayed at and would avoid at all costs. I had multiple power cuts, broken doors. With both lock and eye hole broke so anyone can peak through. No hot water. I had to move rooms 3 times. I asked for a partial refund due to how poorly everything went and they refused. Management of this place is a piece of work.
