The hotel is clean and well catered. The staff were friendly and very willing to give a helping hand. Robel and salamawet of the reception were outstanding in the way they listened and catered for my needs. Those two deserve my special mention. On the whole, the standard of the facility is quite high and should be kept up

I am from Kenya and for the first time booked double tree by Hilton I have had the best hospitality vibes and most importantly my food didn’t have spices as ordered because of my allergies I have eaten well and able to deal with weather change issues well . My past experience with Addis wasn’t good before The staff Anwar, Hamere, Tedelech and the rest have come in handy to make sure I stay comfortable like a queen My room and even my breakfast was awesome and loved it . General reception from the reception was amazing I liked it

Stayed for 4 weeks on business. wherever I went in the hotel, every staff member made me feel at home with bright smiles and super professional service. Special thanks to Selam at reception for swiftly and patiently handling every question, Hana for the spotless room and remembering all my amenity needs, Lamrot for an amazing massage that magically melted away my stress, and Meskerem, Rediet, and Bethlehem for making my restaurant experience feel so homey! The security and door attendants are also always courteous and ready to help. I’m really looking forward to seeing everyone again on my future stays, and I sincerely hope that this amazing level of service continues! (I no longer write TripAdvisor reviews because they refuse to remove blatantly false accusations from a questionable service provider. But I made an exception this time because Double Tree Team's hard work deserves recognition..)
