The rooms are excellent and cleaned everyday, the staff are very friendly and always willing to help, food is delicious and available 24/7. Habtom is an excellent employee.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Premier Dynasty Hotel for 8 days, and I had a fantastic experience. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service at the lobby bar, where my server, Habtie, went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The atmosphere was inviting, and I enjoyed relaxing there after a long day.

Good place to stay. The location and the and view from top floor awesome. Breakfast is good with fruits and special Pancakes. Meseret is a nice person and took good care the whole time I was there. They understand what you need and provide. Rooms are fine and spacious. They should work on their body lotion they provide, not good. In food they can add some more verities. I am staying here since a year of my travel and will continue. Definitely recommended.
