I really enjoyed the 2 days stayed in this hotel. Staff are very friendly, specifially the reception staff ms, Hana, Mr. Dawode and Hailemariyam. Hannah, was particularly acceptional! They are ready to answer your queries and are very supportive. The room and the entire environment is clean and nice breakfasts. BWP will always be my favourite hotel.

Brilliant staff and amazing service. Always willing to assist. Spent 3 months and the staff made it a home away from home. The experience at Best Western Dynasty Premier was excellent. The conference rooms were classy and we didn't have any interruptions. The meals during the conference were also yummy. I also had a good stay courtesy of the wonderful and cordial staff and amazing rooms. I can't wait to come back again. This is a good place to be. I d definitely recommend it to my friends and family

Great location, very spacious and clean rooms, great internet connection, well equipped gym and an indoor pool, close proximity to the airport, a wide food menu and awesome customer service. Total value for money and would highly recommend.

We ordered burgers and the test was bad, specially the beef burger. And also we are surprised when the waiter brought soft drinks already uncorked . In addition the toilets close to the first floor restaurant were flooded with water . Staff ,needs more orientation .

I've been staying at the BWP on and off for more than 8 months, and I can't speak highly enough about the experience. The staff has always been accommodating, promptly addressing all my requests and assisting with whatever I needed. The hotel is consistently clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location is also fantastic, making it convenient to get around. I won't stay anywhere else when I come to Addis. Highly recommended!

The reception was warmly and the staff very friendly. The food was nice and gym an out of this world experience. Drinks were pocket friendly against all expectations. An interesting and homely experience all through. Will definitely come back
