Nice service from all staff members who have been prompt and professional. They could listen well and attend to the inquiries excellently. Shuttle service provided by the Hotel is a good attraction to the customers. Meals are delicious with a good Ethiopian cuisine test.

Mr Ismail....The hotel was a fantastic it was great and the staff was very polite and helpful, specially Mr Habtom, Ms Merhawit and Mr Abenezer. I will recommend everyone to book this hotel and stay for your business or pleasure. Also is good for family.

The customer service is great and staff are friendly and respond to queries very fast. The staff speak English fluently and it was easy to communicate. I had a smooth communication from the point of booking and airport pick upto the hotel. Also the hotel is clean and secure. For a quick stay in Addis it is ideal as the hotel is close to a number of amenities.

The hotel offers a sleek, modern design with spacious and comfortable rooms that ensure a relaxing stay. The breakfast selection is diverse and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes. The staff is exceptionally professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, always going above and beyond to accommodate guests. I stayed 4 nights here over a 2 week period and each time my experience has been amazing . I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for an outstanding experience.
