Amazing stay! The hospitality at Haile Grand Addis was exceptional- we felt very welcomed and the attention from staff was 10/10. Our room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend visiting.

The hotel is not in the city center so there is nothing nearby, but it is not far to the city center by taxi. The hotel has a swimming pool and spa, but I didn't try them. The room is also average. If you want to stay, I suggest staying at Hyatt Regency. You won't be disappointed

My experience was amazing! I’m pilot so I use to be in many hotels but this hotel is one of the best. The spa with the a great massage, the restaurant, the confort and the most important thing…. the staff specially Abyissiniya Bayu who helped me a lot! Thank you so much I will came back.

In general, I commend the hotel management for inculcating the culture of quality across all the sraff of different levels, from reception, guest relations, house keeping, airport transfers, security and restaurant. Please, uphold and ensure sustainability for generations of workers to come

Nice hotel with good facilities. Very kind and helpful staff. The shuttle to the airport is very convenient. Good variety in the breakfast buffet. Nice selection of international and local food. Quite expensive for Ethiopian standards but the overall value for money is acceptable.

All very good and l enjoyed the stay in the Hotel .The guest relations helped mr to navigate the entire hotel so much . I Went sbout my work .The food was good .The tea /coffee were top notch .I will be cominh back at the end of March 2025 for more time
