Very kind people! I would appreciate a better breakfast buffet, including Ethiopian coffee. A bit lower daily rates would be more consistent to the status of the rooms and to the stay. Politeness and happy faces are the best qualities of the place!!

ELMOS HOTEL ADDIS Elmos is nice new hotel locate in Meskel Area in Addis Very Nice Staff they allowed my early checking and my stay was very comfortable definitely I will check in again I highly recommend the hotel the spa and the restaurant. Breakfast was nice and full of variety.

Our family of 5 stayed at Elmo’s Hotel for almost a week while visiting Addis Ababa. I highly recommend staying there! The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable, and each room has a balcony! The bathrooms have great showers and ample hot water. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever experienced anywhere in the world - so many options, freshly prepared, and the menu changes every day! We ate dinner in the restaurant several times, as well, and were impressed with the quality and value of the food. The WiFi at the hotel was great, and a generator took care of things whenever the electricity went off from to time. The value of the hotel is great, and I can hardly recommend it highly enough! 5 stars for Elmo!

Elmos is my best place to stay, I like everything there. We have stay for around three weeks there,we got everything perfect.staffs has really kind for every of the service provided. Smallish but well designed Hotel. I hope I will visit again on my next trip.

Elmos Hotel became my home away from home as I used it for my base when travelling around Ethiopia and some neighboring countries. It was nice and quiet being just off Gabon Rd and nice view from the small balcony In all I spent over a week there over four visits. It was great to have an airport shuttle service, which took away the hassle of B.S. Airport taxi drivers The staff where very friendly helpful and efficient. The room and hotel was modern and comfortable, with good TV once I tuned it to suit me, excellent wifi, plenty of hot water and comfortable mattress. I had a problem with my door card and another with hot water but they where fixed quickly and to my satisfaction. Storage for my main bag while I was away on multi-day side trips was available. Breakfast smorgasbord set me up every day with a great selection of local and international tastes. There's a gym and car parking neither of which I used. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again Howard Symmes. New Zealand

I ordered a combo and it took them nearly a couple of hours, when it arrived the chips looks it was left over and cold. In the morning when I asked the breakfast for take away, I was told I am not allowed. Poor customer service.

I have had the best experience with Elmo's hotel for 15 days, modern bathroom, very big room, clean, the best customer service. The rooms city view, Large size room, modern style large size bathroom, excellent wall paint color, exceellent stair marble floor.

I have a good time and they have a good service the rooms are clean and standard the food is delicious !! Its near to every direction of Addis and the meeting rooms are very nice and it holds many people
