Merhabalar, otelimizin önünde arabam bozulmuştu,rica ettim resepsiyon görevlisi Sibel hanım'a ,oturabilir miyim diye,kendisinin kibarligina ve lobide oturmama zin verdiği için hatta çay bile ikram edildi.otelinize bayıldım ve özellikle Sibel hanımın iş ahlakı ve misafirperverliği için de çok çok teşekkür ederim.

Sabah 09:00'da matkap ve çekiç sesiyle uyandık otel konaklamamızda. Sebebini sorduğumuzda klima tadilatı olduğunu ve sesin devam edeceğini konukların bilgilendirildiğini belirttiler fakat bize bir bilgilendirme yapılmadı. Böyle bir işletmecilik olamaz konaklama amaçlı kalınan bir işletmede müşterileri saat 09:00'da uyandıramazınız.
