Otel genel itibariyle çok iyi. Görünümü, temizliği, ulaşılabilirliği ve odalarıyla birlikte ***et yeterli. Klimalar eski, yeteri kadar ısıtmıyor. Fakat resepsiyonda bulunan görevliler sanki otel ile hiç bir alakaları yokmuş gibi, biz değil onlar misafirmiş gibi davranış sergiliyorlar. Bir şeyi söylemek, yaptırtmak veya rica etmek konusunda epey tedirgindik resepsiyon için. Temizlik personeli fazlasıyla iyi, mutfak ekibi işinde başarılıydı.

Обман! Мы забронировали номер в этом отеле на одну ночь через сайт Otelz. По электронной почте пришло подтверждение и деньги сразу сняли с карты. Но когда мы приехали в отель, оказалось, что наш номер занят и свободных мест нет. Нас поселили в соседний отель Taşköprü Hotel, но номер в два раза меньше, отель не такой атмосферный, обветшалый. Мы недовольны!

Otel şehir merkezinde, nehir kenarında otantik bir otel. Odalar temiz ve rahattı. Kahvaltı otel kahvaltılarının ötesinde güzeldi. Fiyat performans olarak harika. Bir daha Adana ya gelirsem kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim……………..

Kaldığım en iyi butik otel desem abartmış olmam. Her yerinden tarih fışkıran restore edilmiş, harika antika eşyalarla özenle dekore edilmiş muhteşem bir otel. Odalarının genişliği, konforu müthiş. Otelin her bir alanı tertemiz. Resepsiyondan, güvenliğe, restoran personeline kadar aşırı kibar ve ilgililer. Resepsiyondaki Cem beye özellikle teşekkür ediyorum. Yukarı terasında her hafta sonu birbirinden güzel etkinlikler vardı, kokteylleri muhteşem, manzara harika. Kesinlikle başka otel bakmayın. Fiyat performans olarak da ***et iyiler.
