The worst hotel in the world... we arrived at 4:00 in the morning, the first thing they did was want to charge us more for our stay, when we presented our reservation they only had to charge us what was fair. When we got to the room, the beds were messy as if someone had just gotten up from them. The carpet was soaked with water coming from the air conditioner. When we wanted to use the television we couldn't do it because only the external part of it was there, the internal part did not exist. When we called the manager, he seemed upset and never gave us a solution. We had to wake up standing after a long trip from America, because there wasn't even a chair to sit on. At dawn we indicated that we were not going to stay due to all these setbacks in terms of service and cleaning, and they wanted to charge us for the entire stay we had reserved, which consisted of three days, after informing the hotel owner of all the setbacks we experienced, they He charged us for one day's stay when we only stayed three hours in this disastrous hotel.
