Absolutely would not recommend! First off, we only stayed here to stop and sleep for a few hours while making a long road trip through Georgia. I booked the place ahead of time using reward points with a credit card. On arrival, the receptionist gave me a room that was already occupied. There were men just hanging out in the doorway of the room she assigned us. As well as random people sitting in their cars and smoking all along the balconies. I wouldn’t have been so alarmed had it not been past midnight when we arrived. When I returned to inform her of te room being occupied she seemed completely dumbfounded. We were assigned another room which appeared clean however there was no air on and it’s July in Georgia so you can imagine the humidity. It took a couple hours before the room cooled off. We only slept for about 4 hours before leaving. I returned the key as instructed. A week later I find that my card was charged an additional 90$. I called to refute the matter and I spoke with a gentleman that was extremely difficult to understand due to an accent and he informed me that a pillow protector had been removed from the room and incidental costs were accrued. I explained that we had not removed anything from the room. I asked for the money to be returned to my card. Instead he took my number and said a manager would be in contact. I never received a phone call and my money was never returned to my card. I certainly did not have high hopes for this place but took my chances as we were just passing through and wanted to rest our heads. Instead I ended up paying about 180$ between points and cash for a room that wasn’t worth more than 50$.

This is one of the worst motels I've ever stayed in! The only reason for this review is to warn others, I would give it no stars if I could. We've worked various positions in motels for over 11 years and know what to look for in checking rooms- cleanliness and maintenance, unfortunately we were really tired and didn't check well. The only good thing I can say is we didn't have bed bug issues. We require a pet friendly room on the ground floor due to handicap, 2 beds and smoking is a bonus. When calling for rates, the desk clerk was rude about giving directions from the interstate, it only got worse on arrival. We told her what we needed and she gave us a room that was on the second floor, before we insisted on a different room. The beds were uncomfortable with springs that sounded 100 years old when we moved on the bed. Went back to the office to look for restaurant brochures/menus- they had none, so I asked for suggestions for what was close and was told she doesn't know anything because she just works there. Came back from eating to find roaches near the vanity sink. The door didn't lock properly. The bathroom door looked as if someone had punched it repeatedly with large holes, the bathtub was dirty-looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, hair in a couple of washcloths and grease on another. In my opinion, the whole crew should be fired . The owners should be ashamed of this place .Don't stay, waste of money. Awful experience!

I don't usually write Negative reviews . Felt I needed to make an exception. We were traveling to IL from FL. and phoned ahead because it would be late when we arrived. We had reserved two rooms. The lobby is closed so everything is done through the night window. There were two people working, and neither seemed to have any idea how to do a check in. It took at least 20 min. We had been on the road 10 hrs and ready for a bed. The rooms were clean and the beds were ok. The process to check out was just as slow. There was no breakfast. If you are tired, or in a hurry might want to find another, more efficient ran Hotel.
