Long story short: I spent almost two hours trying to contact the company to get room access. They never got back to me, and I had to get a hotel. I still haven't received a refund. On the day of check-in, I sent the host a message asking about my access code. I didn't get a reply but assumed that there would be instructions or someone to help once I arrived. I got to the Inn, but there was no one there and no instructions. I tried calling all of the numbers provided, but no one answered. I contacted Vrbo, and they tried contacting the host as well. They tried four times and never heard from them. After an hour and a half on the phone and searching through my email and the Vrbo listing, I still didn't get an answer. I left and had to get a last-minute room at a hotel down the street. A few days later, I was finally put in contact with a person from the Inn...but they were extremely rude and accused me of lying. They said they had to check a few things and would get back to me, but they never did.
