Orizzonte Acireale Hotel

Excellent structure, located a little outside Acireale. Comfortable rooms with beds equipped with new mattresses. Beauty kit in the bathroom. Beautiful swimming pool and very well-kept garden. The cuisine is excellent with a varied breakfast with sweet and savory things. I'll be back.

As unfortunately happens in my beloved southern Italy, the place is fantastic but....it wouldn't take much. Rooms furnished in the 70s, poor bathroom amenities, breakfast and dinner without fresh local products (which would cost even less). Sin

In one word: ****!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything is terrible, first of all the practically canteen-style cuisine, inedible. Confused, uncourteous waiters, clearly annoyed by any request. Reception staff rude and unhelpful. It's a fourth star that isn't even worth one.

Wonderful clean hotel and a spectacular garden. Spacious rooms. All excellent restaurant and super friendly waiters Orazio and Lorenzo super professional. We will definitely be back thanks see you soon

This 4 star hotel had its time in the 70s. Now only tour groups are allowed through. The breakfast and dinner is an imposition. Even the noodles taste good. The main course as a picture...

I would start by talking about the room... a room in which more modern furniture dated back to about 20 years ago... even the TV still needed the decoder to work. The room was claustrophobic, a cot positioned 30 cm from the double bed was the maximum space for 2 adults and 2 children. I saw other rooms with the same style but much larger...obviously whoever assigned the rooms didn't give much thought to certain things and even after the complaints they didn't give a damn. The bathroom was even older than the furniture... the only thing missing was the chain on the toilet to remind me precisely of my grandfather's bathroom in the countryside. I must say that the external environment was really beautiful, well done. Nice pool nice lawn about that nothing to say. As for the restaurant... I really don't understand who was brave enough to call it that way "restaurant". There was absolutely nothing about a restaurant. Whoever entered the kitchen for the first time would have cooked something better. First and second courses with indistinguishable flavors not to mention the courses... salads, tomato and mozzarella... and I could go on but I prefer to keep quiet so as not to seem too bad. However, although the price was more than enough for a meal and a decent room, we were not allowed to have either. Let's go to the funniest part... the animation! Gentlemen... never seen in many years of travel... more absurd animation. I went back to the years when my parents took me to balls and I was bored to death... mid-August to the sound of polka and a girl who occasionally appeared with light bulbs stuck to her clothes... ahhhh and 10 seconds of fire games., no entertainment for the children except two ladies who came for a few hours to teach belly dancing and then disappeared before dinner time. The thing that made me laugh the most (so to speak) was that the next day they replaced the light music duet with a speaker in the pool... Infinite sadness and boredom... the absolute worst holiday of my life.
