The villa is set in a superb strategical position to move for a complete visit of eastern A18 Motorway connecting Catania to Messina is only 5 Kms away. The Catania airport 25 villa has recently been modernised in rustic sicilian style. At ground floor: two double bedrooms (with one additional bed on request) in adjoining rooms separeted by a sliding door, two bathrooms with hot shower, kitchenette with kitchen facilities. At first floor: one double and one single bedroom (with one additional bed on request) , one bathroom with hot shower and wide adjoinng sitting room with four armchairs and two sofas, perfect to a complete relax. The two floors are connected by an internal stair. The guests use their own independent entrance. Safe private parking in the court, 250 sq mts of private(only for guests use) garden with furniture (chairs, table, ombrella). Barbecue in the garden available as well. Owner lives on site in a separate part of the villa, car hire recommended but not strictly necessary. Railway station only 300 meters away.
