On the webpage, it's a very nice hotel. A spa, gym, pool, many conference halls, rooms with balconies, a cafe and banquet hall. In reality, it's a shadow of its former self. Very little of it's amenities are actually available. The spa, gym and pool are closed. The conference rooms are being worked and are months away from being ready. The bottom centers and spa look like a crypt and were closed during our visit. Wifi doesn't even work. Rooms didn't even have toilet paper. Electrical issues made one of our companions miss her alarm. Rooms were not cleaned. Beware the shady owners. They conned us into paying for a dinner we didn't ask for. They lied when we asked about the whereabouts of one of our travel companions saying she was in when she wasn't. Significant incompetence with the staff otherwise. The porter is capable of only doing one thing at a time. Only manager speaks English. Very little coordination among the skeletal crew Food was the only highlight for dinner though with huge portions. Breakfast is just deli meats, rolls, and cornettos though. 1/10. Would not recommend.

Booked this hotel for a two hour afternoon rest in a quadraple room. Very clean room with clean linen & very airy.Really couldn't complain. Visited Acitrezza for the day & location is ideal. Lino, the manager is the right man for the job. Very very helpful, went out of his way to see to all our requests. An educated gentleman. Thank you.

Don't go there !!! Never !!! Shocking hotel. More like a dwelling of beasts, rather than a hotel. Everything is filthy. No soap. No WiFi, no toilet papers. No towels. There are no light bulbs. Worst of all, there is no one to talk to !!!

We had a horrible experience! We arrived at around 20.30 and were greeted in the parking by the manager. We were informed that the lift was not working and were escorted to the reception through the service door. We paid for our stay (2 nights) and immediately we were informed that the AC was not working. Of course this was a problem for us as it was a heatwave. They insisted on showing us the room as they were convinced that once we would see the room we would decide to stay. The room's décor was outdated and extremely hot so we were offered a room at a nearby hotel for the first night until the AC was fixed. We were informed that we were the only guests which felt very weird but understandable given the state of the so called hotel. The manager offered us a junior suite with sea view due at the other hotel due to the inconvenience and invited us back at the Marina hotel the next night as the AC would have been fixed by then. We were assured that this other hotel was accessible on foot however it turned out to be 25 minutes away on foot which is not as close as we told. We struggled to find this other hotel as it was in the middle of nowhere not in the center where we wished to stay. We checked in at this hotel and were then shown to our room which was in a state of complete disrepair. The next day we left Aci Trezza and found another hotel as we did not want to return to Marina Hotel. Wasted money, stay away!!

Prenotata stanza per una settimana alla modica cifra di 700 euro, senza prima colazione. Alla reception un ragazzo si affretta a fare 2 cose: chiedere 12 euro per la tassa di soggiorno (consegnati 20 euro, il resto " quando ce l'ho glielo do") e specificare che dalle 22 alle 8.00 la reception sarà chiusa e si potrà accedere alle stanze solo dall'ascensore esterno..camera con : aria condizionata non funzionante, televisore non funzionante, vasca del bagno con ragni e acqua gialla e stagnante. Cameriere che iniziano a gridare per comunicare tra loro da una stanza all'altra alle 8 del mattino..non si riescono in nessun modo a comprendere le 4 stelle.

Wir waren heute 7 Personen zum Abendessen im Aussenbereich mit musikalischer Begleitung. Die erste unangenehme Erfahrung ereilte uns bereits in der Tiefgarage, als wir statt der angekündigten 3€ jetzt plötzlich 5€ bezahlen sollten. Haben wir dann halt zwecks fehlender Alternative gemacht. Der Service funktionierte zur ersten Getränkebestellung ganz gut, danach wurde er komplett eingestellt. Als Speisekarte wurde uns eine schlechte Kopie einer handgemalten Karte überlassen. Die Speisenauswahl war sehr schlecht und völlig überteuert. Aufgrund des fehlenden Service konnten wir das ohnehin zweifelhafte Essen nicht bestellen, so dass wir nach 1 1/2 Stunden das Etablissement verließen, um in einem besseren Restaurant zu essen. Die unverhältnismäßig hohe Rechnung haben wir beglichen; für den außergewöhnlich schlechten Service wurden uns auch noch 2€ pro Person berechnet. Wir können von einem Besuch dieser schlechten Einrichtung nur abraten.

Un’ esperienza rivelatasi un incubo! Avrei dovuto soggiornare per parecchio tempo in questo hotel causa esigenze lavorative (hotel non prenotato da me) . Dalle recensioni potevo capire che non si sarebbe trattato di un buon soggiorno, ma speravo di ricredermi! Hotel fatiscente e per niente curato, in primis dalla parte esterna per non parlare delle camere (coperte piene di polvere e odore di stanze chiuse ). Tv e wi fi non funzionanti! Reception assente , mi ritrovavo alla sera in un hotel sola, perché ero l’unica persona ad alloggiare qui e per giunta con la possibilità di rimanere chiusa fuori, in quanto l’unico modo per accedervi era tramite ascensore, guasto ! Per non parlare della colazione, inesistente e quel poco che era a disposizione (un cornetto) non era per nulla fresco ! Per fortuna ho messo fine a questo incubo !

Abbiamo usufruito del percorso benessere nella spa annessa all’hotel e abbiamo deciso di pernottare una notte. L’ingresso dal garage (che abbiamo pagato a parte nonostante il prezzo della camera) è difficile da trovare e sembra quasi l’entrata del garage di un qualsiasi condominio. La struttura è molto bella, con dei piani aperti e molto verde al centro, ma non è adeguatamente valorizzata. La camera l’abbiamo trovata pulita sebbene le rifiniture siano abbastanza datate. La parte peggiore è stata la colazione: due ciambelloni che sembravano fossero stati preparati/sconfezionati 2-3 giorni prima. Nessun cornetto, no cereali ma solo fette biscottate con burro, marmellata e miele confezionati. Succhi di frutta acidi e caffè imbevibile. Anche al momento del check-out non abbiamo trovato nessuno nella hall per comunicare la nostra esperienza. La nota positiva è che si trova a due passi dal mare ed è possibile visitare Acitrezza a piedi e in tutta comodità. La struttura ha molto potenziale ma non viene sfruttato al massimo!

siamo stati qui e Il centro benessere doveva essere privato e cosi nn è stato perchè c’era la signorina che entrava di continuo! Inoltre era trasandato e sporco! Ci avete dato una stanza in cui spogliarci e senza comodità di bagno . Ci avete fatto rivestire dopo aver utilizzato la spa, senza possibilità di farci utilizzare le docce come fanno in tutti i centri benessere. E per finire inoltre è durato 40 minuti anziche 1ora. Di centri benessere ne abbiamo girati e mai abbiamo trovato tutti questi disservizi! Sono stati 60€ buttati . Di sicuro questa è una cattiva pubblicità perchè il passaparola è molto importante e da parte nostra non ci sarà una raccomandazione verso il vostro centro!
