On the webpage, it's a very nice hotel. A spa, gym, pool, many conference halls, rooms with balconies, a cafe and banquet hall. In reality, it's a shadow of its former self. Very little of it's amenities are actually available. The spa, gym and pool are closed. The conference rooms are being worked and are months away from being ready. The bottom centers and spa look like a crypt and were closed during our visit. Wifi doesn't even work. Rooms didn't even have toilet paper. Electrical issues made one of our companions miss her alarm. Rooms were not cleaned. Beware the shady owners. They conned us into paying for a dinner we didn't ask for. They lied when we asked about the whereabouts of one of our travel companions saying she was in when she wasn't. Significant incompetence with the staff otherwise. The porter is capable of only doing one thing at a time. Only manager speaks English. Very little coordination among the skeletal crew Food was the only highlight for dinner though with huge portions. Breakfast is just deli meats, rolls, and cornettos though. 1/10. Would not recommend.

Booked this hotel for a two hour afternoon rest in a quadraple room. Very clean room with clean linen & very airy.Really couldn't complain. Visited Acitrezza for the day & location is ideal. Lino, the manager is the right man for the job. Very very helpful, went out of his way to see to all our requests. An educated gentleman. Thank you.

Don't go there !!! Never !!! Shocking hotel. More like a dwelling of beasts, rather than a hotel. Everything is filthy. No soap. No WiFi, no toilet papers. No towels. There are no light bulbs. Worst of all, there is no one to talk to !!!

Booked a room for a week at the modest sum of 700 euros, without breakfast. At the reception a boy is quick to do 2 things: ask for 12 euros for the tourist tax (20 euros given, the rest "when I have it I'll give it to him") and specify that from 10pm to 8.00am the reception will be closed and you can access the rooms only from the external lift...room with: non-working air conditioning, non-working television, bathroom tub with spiders and yellow, stagnant water. Waiters who start shouting to communicate with each other from one room to another at 8 in the morning... you can't understand the 4 stars in any way.

Dilapidated hotel and not looked after at all, especially from the outside, not to mention the rooms (blankets full of dust and the smell of closed rooms). TV and wi fi not working! Reception absent, I found myself alone in a hotel in the evening, because I was the only person staying here and also with the possibility of being locked out, as the only way to access it was via the lift, which was broken! We took advantage of the wellness program in the spa attached to the hotel and decided to stay one night. The entrance from the garage (which we paid separately despite the price of the room) is difficult to find and almost looks like the garage entrance of any condominium. The structure is very beautiful, with open floors and lots of greenery in the center, but it is not adequately enhanced. We found the room clean although the finishes are quite dated. The worst part was breakfast: two donuts that looked like they had been prepared/unpackaged 2-3 days before. No croissant, no cereals but only biscuits with packaged butter, jam and honey. Acidic fruit juices and undrinkable coffee. Even upon checking out we found no one in the lobby to communicate our experience. The positive note is that it is located a stone's throw from the sea and it is possible to visit Acitrezza on foot and in complete comfort. The property has a lot of potential but is not being used to its fullest!

You gave us a room in which to undress and without the convenience of a bathroom. You made us get dressed after using the spa, without the possibility of letting us use the showers as they do in all wellness centers. And to top it off it lasted 40 minutes instead of 1 hour. We have been to many wellness centers and have never found such inefficiencies! €60 wasted. This is certainly bad publicity because word of mouth is very important and there will not be a recommendation for your center on our part!
