Villa Monticello was a last minute decision after the apartment we had originally booked on arrival to Ghana had turned out to be a scam. We are so blown away by the hotel and it’s professionalism and care. I cannot be more happy with this hotel! It was clean, very quiet and peaceful and very accommodating. This hotel is typically for business clientele however we had arrived with our toddler and they were more than happy to cater to our needs. We stayed in the Nzulezu room fitted with a kitchenette which was absolutely perfect for us. The daily cleaning service never failed to impress. The breakfast lunch and dinner options were amazing, the staff were all very pleasant and in our 10-day stay we built such a lovely relationship with all the staff. Thank you to Matilda, Irene, Emmanuela, Steph, Jessica, Derrick and everyone else who made our stay a wonderful one. Thank you for everything!

The banquet attandance and Service was great I work with Redington Ghana Office and an agent recommended me to Villa Monticello. The food was good and I would like to try the desserts sometime. Ebenezer was super! His communication and the facilitation was top notch. He is one to look for when at Villa Monticello.

Was a very pleasant stay. From the reception to the bar/restaurant and through all service, the staff was extremely pleasant and attentive and eager to help address any request urgently. Was there for 2 nights for business and they made me feel at home. I also enjoyed their gym… small but surprisingly well kitted and functional for a boutique gym. I recommend the vegetarian breakfast and the salmon and prawn salad (if no shell fish allergies )

Great boutique hotel, excellent service and large rooms. Each one is decorated and furnished after a city. It’s very original and charming. Location is perfect, close to airport. Personnel is friendly, beds are comfortable, amenities and nespresso machine in the room round up a fantastic experience.

The experience was very professional and very impressive. Customer service was top notch . The food was nice I had full English breakfast for breakfast, buffet style for lunch and grilled prawns in garlic butter with steamed rice for dinner. I had an amazing 1 week here at the Villa Monticello. Zeinab and Elijah made it extra for me.

The food, an exquisite Ghanaian experience, amazing! The rooms, airy, neat and just give you a home away from home experience! The staff are the toppings to an already amazing experience, helpful, kind and very professional, would recommend this Villa Moncticello any day!

Incredible service! Accommodating and pleasant staff! Spacious room and bathroom! Kindly moved me to new room when one on the courtyard proved slightly to noisy. Airport shuttle super convenient! All and all a wonderful stay! Thank you, Villa Monticello!

Professional staff. They all smile. Good food too. The environment is nice and serene. It's a good spot for holiday relaxation. It is also surrounded by shops and supermarkets to buy things. It has a good meeting facility which I also used during my stay.
