Beauty Hotel Accra

I was picked up from the airport. This for me was the icing on the cake besides the excellent service they offer. Will definitely visit again.

We arrived at the hotel around 11pm and the front desk and main gate were completely closed and locked, we had to call and waited 15 minutes in the alley before someone came to open. Check in process was simple though there was no explanation of breakfast time or any other information, but the room was not the best. Duvet on the bed didnt have a cover and it was torn, bathroom had no towels. We rang the reception extension, no answer. Husband had to step out and look for a staff member to ask for towels and we were given only one very creased and frayed towel. In the morning we had to make several calls to the hotel main number since noone was answering the reception or restaurant extensions to find out what time we could have breakfast. We requested room service as we were running late, after the call tonsay ut would come up we waited another 30 minutes before it did. We did book this hotel last minute because our plans changed but it was not the best or cleanest and lacked many basic necessities for a hotel

Management and staff were professional and nice.

Very affordable place. It’s close to Spintex Road but a bit of walk! Overall, this place is nice and staff are amazing! I will stay there again.

I stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days. I chose this facility because of pricing and the fact that it has a restaurant. The hotel facilities are clean and functional. The only hotel complaint I have is that the mattress was hard! I've never slept on such an uncomfortable mattress in my life! But the room was clean and everything was in working condition. The restaurant is another story. The end!!

My only reason for booking this hotel was to try and support a woman, and the Amazing and lovely ladies that work there however : Unfortunately this out of all hotels I been to and out of any countries I been to was a nightmare in comparison. To keep it brief, I had to suggest the owners to get a door bell because out of my 2 weeks stay I had to get through the holes of the bigger main gate, if that was not present and if I wasn't flexible I would have probably had to wait several hours, because it's not 24/7 front desk. Finally, I never waited long for food to be prepared from restaurants or food serving companies, however on this occasion at this hotel I actually learnt what hunger may feel like as waiting for long time is what you may have to endure . However the worst of all is that one of their staff members just abused their position and took advantage of my state when I had too many cocktails. I am strongly thinking of escalating to ******* because I did not feel much remorse from the person that (ab)used me. I was saddened that the owners were more concerned of asking me not to speak out rather than offering actual resolutions or remedies.
