The lady on shift displayed poor customer service. I reported that my room key wasn’t working, but she ended her shift without passing the issue on to the night shift.
I had to chase again for it to be fixed.

I rated property a 2 out of 5 due to uncleanliness (the floors and bedding were dirty!), lack of utinsels and towels, there was a strong lingering odor, the lighting was dim in the bathroom, and it was just an overall uncomfortable setting.

I booked the Presidential Suite and on their website it says private pool, private hot tub, it wasn’t like that, they had a small pool and small hot tub for everyone, it wasn’t private, aside that, the rooms were ok
