Diese Adresse ist top! Ein wunderbarer Ort, liebe Menschen und Essen, das Sterne ver dient. Ich esse vegetarisch, Auswahl, Qualität und Abwechslung in der Locanda sind wohl kaum zu toppen. Manuela und ihr Team machen das mit soviel Engagement und Liebe - man freut sich auf jeder Wanderung bereits aufs himmlische Nachtessen. Ich war das erste aber sicher nicht das letzte Mal in der Locanda Mistral - auch wenn der Weg dorthin seine Zeit braucht. Danke und liebe Grüsse an Manuela und Renato !

Sehr gepflegtes Familienhotel mit ca. 45 Betten, einer unfassbar schmackhaften, kreativen Küche, in der nahezu alles (!) selbst zubereitet wird (inkl. Pasta- & Brotteige), Lokalität, Regionalität aller Lebensmittel, inklusive einer sehr üppigen (piemontesischen) Weinauswahl. Sauna, großer Garten, Kinderspielplatz. Non avendo trovato camere libere, allora siamo venuti a cena per due sere in questo ristorante che per quanto abbiamo visto ci sembra essere uno dei migliori dell'alta valle. Il menù degustazione comprende le insalate al buffet e 4 portate. Buona anche la scelta dei vini locali: denota apprezzabile attenzione ai particolari la presenza di un'adeguata selezione di bottiglie da 375 cl. Molto buone come antipasto le acciughe con salsa verde; tra i primi le ravioles; tra i secondi particolare è il cervo; ottime anche le crostate. La panificazione, la pasta e i dolci (compreso il gelato) sono di produzione propria. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Io e mia moglie eravamo in zona per escursioni in montagna. Per festeggiare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio abbiamo prenotato al Mistral dove non eravamo mai stati. Abbiamo trovato accoglienza (anche per il nostro cane), gentilezza, ottimo cibo e un magnifico bouquet di fiori, davvero inaspettato, a conferma della gentilezza del personale. In particolare una ragazza polacca (sommelier) che è stata, sin dal giorno precedente, quando abbiamo prenotato e fatto un aperitivo, fantastica!

Siamo ritornati in questa splendida struttura poiché abbiamo organizzato una ferrata con il proprietario della struttura Renato (guida alpina). L'escursione è stata bellissima e lui è molto competente. Poiché abbiamo finito tardi ci siamo coccolati con la sauna e poi abbiamo degustato le deliziose portate a cena cucinate da Manuela (anch'essa proprietari della locanda).Ottima la lista dei vini con etichette molto valide.Inoltre la struttura è stata rinnovava sia all'esterno che in alcune parti comuni, inoltre sono state ristrutturate anche le camere.

Nous recommendons chaleureusement cette auberge située dans le haut val Maira, à la fois pour la gentillesse de l'accueil, pour la qualité de l'organisation et , cerise sur le gateau pour la gastronomie de haut vol, inventive , variée avec beaucoup de légumes du jardin:une adresse à conserver et à conseiller aux amateurs de montagne et de gastronomie!

Ci siamo fermati per cena in questo locale molto caratteristico. Piatti tipici molto particolari e gustosi. Sformato di carote, Raviolos, Crespelle al caprino. Piatti deliziosi con servizio preciso e meticoloso. Prezzo abbordabile
