VERY BAD SERVICE!! They give you about 5 papers of different things and if you lose any they charge you from $150 to $300 pesos since they are very small and fragile pieces of paper for car keys, they poked the car with a key or something and said that they are not responsible, clarifying They also charge separate parking. They don't let you bring in food and the room is full of insects, they have only one elevator and no more than 4 people can go up (minimum 15 minutes to go down). Not all of the staff, but the majority, serve you with faces.

Our stay was going wonderfully, it has a good view, the location almost met the 3 B's, however when we requested 1 extra night they denied it with the excuse that they no longer had a room available as they were all already full, we contacted our travel agent so that helped us find a hotel for 1 more night since we were leaving in the early morning, the agent told us that why were we not staying in the same one, so we told him that they had told us that there was no longer availability to which he told us that that was It was a lie since he was aware that there were still rooms available, the hotel's official website still showed availability, which we do not understand because they did not want to give us an extra night and more than anything it was for our baby, all the rooms have at least 1 chair which never arrived during our stay, breakfast is the same every day Chilaquiles, egg and elbow soup, on the beach you have to pay a rent of $500 to have the right to palapa or otherwise consume upstairs of that amount, from the beginning they told us that it was not allowed to bring pets, which again they themselves did not comply with since we saw several guests with dogs.
