I actually traveled with my family to Acapulco for Christmas 2021. We stayed at this hotel, and our stay there was the best. From the moment we arrived, we received excellent service. The buffet was extensive, with a wide variety of food (delicious, by the way). The pools were huge and not overcrowded. Another thing that attracted us to this hotel was that it offered round-trip transportation to the beach. Being on the beach, we had access to drinks and snacks all day, although in December, the waves were a bit strong, which limited our access to the beach a bit. Additionally, on weekends, there was a theme show featuring typical food from another country, along with live music and an excellent atmosphere ideal for enjoying ourselves.

This is the worse resource I ever been at. Stay away from it. I booked several rooms (Family of 12) for 6 nights. The resort is way outdated, smells like humidity, the AC in one of the rooms didn’t work (they said they were going to fix it. Never did) Service was mediocre, just stay away from it. I am 100% sure they purchase reviews. There is no way they have more than 2 stars.

This place is the pits. One of the noisyest places to stay. Food SUCKS and the beach is pretty far away. They drive you there in a filthy bus. Stay away. There are plenty of better places to stay right on the beaches ⛱️. For about the same money or less.

From the moment of our arrival we saw that there were many more people than allowed, and most of them without face masks. The lines for food are quite long and the food also left a lot to be desired. The noise from the entertainer and the music from the pools is loud and constant from before 7 am until after 10 pm, so you cannot rest. The room does not have air conditioning, only a fan that occasionally draws water. It also had no hot water. The pools dirty and overcrowded with people. We had to leave before our planned date and we will definitely never return and do not recommend it.

No es pet Friendly pienso que apesar de todo su servicio seria un lugar excelente si admitieran mascotas no es que las vayamos a meter al restaurante o a las albercas es por que son parte de nuestra familia y no se pueden quedar solos en casa Habemos gente que si sabemos respetar los espacios en donde es obvio que no pueden entrar pero un hotel o el mar es absurdo que no sea parte de su política no pienso regresar pésimo para mi gusto
