I actually traveled with my family to Acapulco for Christmas 2021. We stayed at this hotel, and our stay there was the best. From the moment we arrived, we received excellent service. The buffet was extensive, with a wide variety of food (delicious, by the way). The pools were huge and not overcrowded. Another thing that attracted us to this hotel was that it offered round-trip transportation to the beach. Being on the beach, we had access to drinks and snacks all day, although in December, the waves were a bit strong, which limited our access to the beach a bit. Additionally, on weekends, there was a theme show featuring typical food from another country, along with live music and an excellent atmosphere ideal for enjoying ourselves.

This place is the pits. One of the noisyest places to stay. Food SUCKS and the beach is pretty far away. They drive you there in a filthy bus. Stay away. There are plenty of better places to stay right on the beaches ⛱️. For about the same money or less.

This is the worse resource I ever been at. Stay away from it. I booked several rooms (Family of 12) for 6 nights. The resort is way outdated, smells like humidity, the AC in one of the rooms didn’t work (they said they were going to fix it. Never did) Service was mediocre, just stay away from it. I am 100% sure they purchase reviews. There is no way they have more than 2 stars.

Desde el momento de nuestra llegada vimos que era mucha más gente de la permitida, y la mayoría de ésta sin cubrebocas. Las filas para la comida son bastante largas y la comida también dejaba mucho qué desear. El ruido del animador y la música de las albercas es fuerte y constante desde antes de las 7 am hasta pasadas las 10 pm, por lo que no se puede descansar. La habitación no cuenta con aire acondicionado, solo con un ventilador que de vez en cuando saca agua. Ésta tampoco contaba con agua caliente. Las albercas sucias y sobrellenadas de gente. Tuvimos que salirnos antes de nuestra fecha planeada y definitivamente nunca regresaremos y no la recomendamos.

La infraestructura del hotel es algo antigua, sin embargo, el servicio es muy bueno, la limpieza de las habitaciones también es buena. Pasamos el fin de año en este hotel y nos sorprendió la actividad, te dan uvas, champaña para el brindis, desde la terraza se lograron ver algunos juegos pirotécnicos. Los meseros Alejandro y Brisas muy buenos. Solamente que la noche anterior no dejaron dormir por colocar los tablones de la pista de baile. Deberían de hacerlo en la tarde, no en la madrugada ya que no dejan descansar .

Buen servicio ,amable el personal, sólo sugiero dar mantenimiento al aire acondicionado ya que la última noche se descompuso y enfrió demasiado por lo que nos enfermamos ,pero si volvería a hospedarme en este hotel
