Monster sized hotel for small budget groups.
Rooms are large and clean.
Services are minimal.
It's a Covid hot spot, no mask rules being enforced, no social distancing rules being enforced.
One night stop over stay is the most you should consider using the place for.

十分滿意，值得肯定的老酒店！阿爾普爾科上世紀六十年代的旅遊勝地對外國人已經生疏了，予定酒店後翻看網評更感不安，我憑五十多年前印象執意來閑遊真擔心選錯了地方和酒店！我們到這裏十三天競沒看見一箇中國人！酒店註明是八四年開業，是確實夠久了，酒店前台給安排了二十五樓的房間，站在陽台上，頓感此地來對了，酒店選對了！絕佳的位置，亮麗的外觀，周全的設計，體現了四十多年前的豪華！雖已是幾十年前的裝修水平，但空間寬敞，櫃櫥夠大，全天熱水，燈光明亮，用電充足，空調好用，而且網絡順暢，雖不夠豪華，但都很實用。更讚的是服務態度都很好，從前台到歺廳，從樓層到泳池，員工們都很和藹和熱情，雖然都不懂中國話，但都努力的主動的幫我們解決問題，每天回到收拾潔凈明亮的房間，感到由衷的滿意！所以我們要給HS酒店一個大大的贊！真是一個貨真價實的老的卻是很好的酒店！
要提一點：2511的陽台門該修了。

I really liked the second floor pool, it was very nice and clean and has an awesome view of the Acapulco bay. The customer service from Nicolas was excellent.
I did not like the sewer smell inside the hotel and across the city.

This is a great Hotel located in the center of Acapulco. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance.
