Looking for all-inclusive resorts, the Ritz appeared as one that provided a lower cost compared to other hotels in Acapulco.
Deciding to give them a try, we stayed at the Ritz for a week.
The studio suite was a decent size, not too small but it isn't a very large room either. The room was cleaned quite nicely when I arrived.
The staff treated me well, and helped me with my inquiries. One thing to note is that the Ritz is a bit of a distance from the airport, and it's not next to the beach, but it doesn't take too long to get to the places necessary to enjoy Acapulco.
Overall, the Ritz can provide good value for money if you're looking for an all-inclusive resort in Acapulco.

The property in the post looks great, bathroom had mold, roaches, sick were painted and paint was peeling. Food wa spoiled got sick the first night after eating fish. Cheched out early stay clear don't waste your money. Place is a fraud.

I had money stolen from me nearly everyday. 50 pesos to be exact. I traveled alone so didnt want to start problems or ask for my money back.The sheets were not cleaned ONCE. I asked one of the cleaning ladies if they had the ability she said their sources were limited. I took pictures of the stains that were there from the moment I arrived. The rooms are subpair, the food too. For $1500 you would expect clean sheets? Do not go to this hotel go to a AirB&B and read the reviews. My entire stay was ruined this hotel. Also it has ZERO connection to the Ritz Carlton, only reason I booked it. BIG MISTAKE

It is a fraud. Not a Ritz property. Dangerous people. We saw a grown man with a minor holding hands after midnight (obviously not related). Staff did nothing when we said they should report it.
Hair in our food. We left asap and are working with ******* to get a refund. Be aware of the place. It should not be listed
