As others have said, the reviews have been mixed but I thought this was a lovely spacious place to stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped for anyone wanting wanting to cook. The shower was a little basic but worked fine. The reception staff were helpful and polite, the pool bar staff were also pleasant and friendly - look out for the vouchers for pool bar drinks, the food was good quality and well priced. The pool area was lovely, plenty of sunbeds and kept clean. Also a small selection of inflatables for guests to use. My only slight compliment would be lack of air conditioning, however between the balcony doors and fans this wasn't too much of an issue, but some areas were noticeably more warm than others. We would happily stay again

Stayed here as a family utilising 2 rooms. Both clean and spacious. Sofa bed very comfortable. WIFI is slow but you’re on holiday so get off your phone. No Air Con, however fans do a great job. We was at Harbour 2 up the hill. Nicely located for the town and restaurants. We had no hot water and this reported and dealt with in a timely fashion. It’s only 2 star, but it’s only somewhere to sleep and shower. Pool is nice and loads of sunbeds. Lovely restaurant attached also. Would we stay here again-most definitely!

I was very sceptical after reading some negative reviews about the hills & steps getting to Harbour Club 2 however we couldn’t really fault the place too much. After you have got your suitcase up the hill and into our room everything became much easier. We had a pram as well which we had to walk up/down two sets of steps each time getting to our room but didn’t bother us as we could just carry the bubba and the pram. The hill to climb each time back we just joked about each time and I think got easier as the holiday went on. Happy to get a bit of exercise! The pool bar was very nice and reasonably priced, the staff couldn’t accommodate anymore if they tried. We always managed to get our little spot around the pool which had sun and shade for the bubba so we didn’t have to stress about finding shade for the baby. The room was perfectly suitable for self catering and we had a lovely big balcony with a sea view. Overall a pleasant two weeks holiday!!

Just checked out from a 7 day stay at the harbour club and can honestly say we had an excellent experience. Girls trip for mum and daughters and location was perfect walking distance for everything. The apartment key was ready for us in a secure box on arrival as we were a late flight. It was lovely to arrive to a bottle of water, carton of milk and fresh juice very nice touch. The apartment had washing up liquid sponges tea towels etc everything you need for self catering. It was clean and both bedrooms were clean and comfortable bathroom was great nice big shower. Only reason this is not a 5 star was the lack of air con the ceiling fans are helpful but not enough in summer heat. Pool area was great plenty of sunbeds and parasols we never struggled to get a bed. Hotel provides own pool towels we didn’t know so had brought our own but no need to. We had a limited sea view and made the most of the balcony many evenings. The harbour club was very popular with live music every evening we aren’t early sleepers so it did not bother us and was entertaining. Staff were all helpful and friendly can’t fault them we had a towel change and apartment clean up mid week which was great for keeping us going. On departure day we were disappointed to learn we couldn’t keep our room a bit later with our airport transfer not coming until 7:30pm however do not worry you can leave all your luggage safely in reception area and they have a courtesy room you can book which had showers a mirror and hairdryer etc meaning you can make the most of your last day of holiday then freshen up for the airport. It was a lovely room and a nice final touch. I would not hesitate to stay there again if I was returning to Los GIgantes.

Comfortable apartments -cleaning hit and miss though. Great location in the middle of everything -biggest downside for us tho was the noise levels -cleaners banging around every morning first thing and talking non stop right outside your window -the pool had music blasting all day every day - even at night the life acts went on so late and it was bouncing off the walls - there’s no peace there to relax

Beautiful apartments, we stayed for 12 days. The apartment was lovely, so fresh and clean. The staff was lovely and friendly, so helpful. Perfect for families. good size swimming pool with lots of sun loungers and you get your own pool towels. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment, good location close to all the bars and restaurants.

Firstly, can I say I have no qualms about Harbour Club as a place to holiday in Los Gigantes. It’s a lovely, clean, well equipped and maintained set of apartments. We stayed in Harbour Club Two. They’re divided into two sets: Harbour Club One and Two. One is situated around the reception, swimming pool and bar. Harbour Club Two is situated across the road. Drop off and return transfers are made at a bus stop approximately one hundred yards from reception. However, Harbour Club Two is accessed either by a quite steep road just across from the reception. Or, by climbing just over one hundred steep steps! (The resort info we read claims it is seventy) The steps are located a five to ten minute walk away from the reception further down the main road. This makes popping down to the pool a bit of a trek, having to navigate either the steps or the steep, winding road. Bearing in mind a lot of people have issues with their knees in later years, whether you’re in Harbour Club One or Two can make a big difference to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Both receptionists I spoke to were very helpful. Also, the cleaning staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough either. Linen, towels, etc. were changed half way through our stay. Air conditioning would have been a great addition in September as the fans in the apartment we stayed in didn’t generate enough cool air during the hot Canarian nights.
