My stay at Grand Pela Hotel was amazing, very peaceful and rejuvenating environment . Staff at the reception were extremely polite and helpful out of the way, my check in with my family was very fast and wasn't delayed at all. the rooms were extremely neat and well arranged as well as also well appointed. The swimming pool looks amazing and I loved the music that was being played as it was of different cultures. Buffet was lovely and offers a great variety of food, the staff at the hotel were helpful when asked for help. In fact everything in the hotel was superb, because I truly enjoyed Unmatched Experience that meets international standards.

Generally a good stay. Staff were helpful, good location and clean room. Breakfast was great too. Wish there was a fridge in the room. Also couldn’t reserve via the whatsap contact provided as they took a long time getting back and I had to book myself online on trip.com but otherwise a pleasant stay and I would certainly stay there again

This hotel is the best hotel in it's class in the city of Abuja. Very clean, courteous staff, delicious food and cosy and quiet environment. The entire Abuja can be accessed within 15 minutes from the hotel. Excellent for business and even for leisure with the family or partner with a beautiful pool.

Very annoying management that focus on money and not the customer. I booked a room from Port harcourt. At the airport , their customer care called me that they want to give the room to someone else. I was like, hold on , I’m on my way to Abuja in the next hour, that I have booked the room already. On arriving Abuja, I booked a taxi to the hotel, along the way my instinct told me to just call first, I called their customer care and just imagine what she told me. She said that there was a plumbing work going on in the room I booked that they don’t know when it will be over. Just imagine. They gave the room I booked to someone else and lied that the room was under going plumbing work. I had to divert the taxi to another location and ended up paying double transport fare. It was really a bad treatment on me from this hotel. If it was possible not to give them any star rating I would have done it. I wouldn’t advice anyone to go to this hotel.
