I stayed for one night with my partner really like the ambience of the hotel it's budget friendly. Would like to give special thanks to Nishi at front desk who upgraded our room, at first we were given a small room with no view which didn't like. Later he changed our room which was huge the washroom was big like a room with walk in shower and bathtub both along with tea coffee amenities water bottles ad full set of bath amenities. Only thing was bit challenging to find a cab in the location.. it is in the outskirts little. The pool is big and with nice restaurant which also serves shisha. Would love to visit again after summer.

As soon you enter the hotel, you’re presented with a clean and polished lobby, and extremely helpful reception staff.
Entering the room I was surprised by how spacious and very clean every thing was, as usual you’re provided with the customary tea, coffee & a kettle, a large wardrobe and 2 huge single beds (if you chose to stay in 2 bed unit). You also have a small glass table and a comfy chair to sit and work if needed, though the chair was a bit shorter than the table so the sitting position wasn’t too comfortable.
Over all great service, most importantly very clean hotel with spacious rooms.

The hotel was undergoing maintenance work when we checked-in and up until March 2024. It's a bit noisy during the day from 6am to 5pm. But it's ok because we're out in the morning. The staff were very helpful.

The general manager of the hotel, Philistine Kharbouch, was always present and you can see his passion for maintaining the highest quality of the place. The staff that attends this hotel in all its departments knows exactly how to serve a guest well. They are always willing to help and provide comfort and convenience to the guest. Theri attitude to serve is your best ally. Congratulations. On the other hand, the location of the Hotel and its cleanliness are two additional positive factors that incline the preference for this Hotel. I will gladly return to this Hotel and highly recommend it. I stayed here for 3 nighta and was very happy for my stay. The shuttle bus service that took 10 mins each way is really convenient. Breakfast is decent and the cafe is so cozy. Staff is friendly and they even let me have a late check-out for free.
I have to leave at 4am due to early flight and they packed for me breakfast, lots of choices in the breakfast pack!
Definately stayed here if i ever been to AUH again.

DD. VerweijWe stayed in the Conrad Etihad Towers for 3 nights.
The room layout including bathroom and especially the bed are all very comfortable. Even though the hotel is already 12 years old, the room looked like new and the lobby is one of the biggest and most beautiful I have ever seen.
Amenities like water, tea & coffee are well stocked.
The staff of reception, housekeeping and the F&B dept are very well trained, friendly and professional. The high service level gives you a welcoming feeling.
Our overall experience was very good, but some improvement should be done on the beach side/bar staff.
- A lot of sun umbrellas are broken, but still on the beach which makes it difficult to find a working one.
- The towels could do with a replacement.
- The staff on the beach side is not pro active and hard to find (they must have a good hiding place somewhere). You have to do everything yourself.
- Tonight we were looking forward to a relaxing drink at the beach bar, but when we arrived at 07.40 PM the bar tender told us the bar was closed and we had to go to the Vakava restaurant for a drink, which we didn’t want as we were not dressed for the occasion. When I shared my understanding that the bar opening times was at least until 8 PM, he was so kind to poor us a drink. We noticed other people got chips and nuts, but 3 nights in a row there were only olives for us.
- It looks like there is lack of management on the beach side.
- The beach area is not well cleaned, because we saw a lot of cigarette butts and plastic garbage.
We would like to thank the rest of the staff for the pleasant stay!

GGuest UserThis is a review long overdue. Visited the hotel about 2 weeks ago and I've been meaning to write this review ever since. This stay was actually a competition I had won via Instagram. I have visited and reviewed many hotels in the UAE and the Shangri-La definitely ranks in my top luxurious hotel stays yet. I would like to thank Intan, the very polite lady who checked us in. Intan definitely deserves mention without whom we probably wouldn't have had as great a time. Upon hearing that we were also celebrating a special occasion, she provided us with lounge access which was the highlight of our stay. The Shangri-La is a beautiful hotel and the service by all staff was testament to the brand. Aside from the opulence of the hotel, the superb facilities, the beautiful beach and the amazing infinity pool, the Horizon Club Lounge was just the cherry on the top. Mr Jem and Ms Berna were the most hospitable. They spoiled us beyond measure. The food at the lounge was delightful in all aspects. The food preparation and presentation was on point. Very often, food that looks so good doesn't actually parallel in taste. I can certainly say that the meals were both, beautifully presented and scrumptious at every bite too. I don't think I've ever spent more time in a hotel lounge before. Jem and Berna were both very professional and definitely deserve praise. We felt more like family than hotel patrons. The breakfast at the hotel was just another feature deserving mention. It was one of the most gourmet breakfasts and the variety was nothing short of spectacular. The Abra ride was wonderful escapism. This canal and Abra feature is just gorgeous. I honestly felt like I was in Venice. Muhammad, the Abra guide was , delightful and polite. I would also like to make mention of Carmen at reception who extended our check out and to the breakfast team who really went out of their way to ensure that we had a fantastic meal. I would certainly love to visit this resort again.

CC4chrissieCame back to EP after 3 years after Covid and I enjoyed my staying a lot. Staffs were helpful and friendly in general, but they were not those sweet sweet kind… just friendly, maybe some people would find them rude…
Anyway, the package was super good and good value for the price. Many activities were included.
Basically you could spend all day in the hotel without going out…
I enjoyed their fine dinning restaurants: 1.Hakkasan-modern Asian fusion, if you like typical Chinese food, not the right one… 2.Broadway-western, American style… loved their cauliflower salad… steak was okay, maybe I ordered wrong one, should have tried the wellington… but staffs were super friendly… 3.Lebanese Terrace-somebody told me it was the best Lebanese restaurant in town, so I went have a try. It was so good… but the staffs were not friendly… 4. Vendome-the best breakfast buffet in town for me… (tried Park rotana, St Regis, Conrad, four seasons, rosewood, W hotel, Hilton… )still think it is the best one
For someone who stays in the hotel like 300/365 days, this is the best hotel in abu danbi.
I found it difficult for me to stay in any other hotels in Abu danbi 🥹

FFeras NourW Hotel is one of the nicest hotels in Abu Dhabi and the architecture of it is stunning, the food options and drinks are great as well, the rooms are big as well.
The only downside of the stay was that the hotel is next to a race track and the noise is too much 😅

GGuest UserPark Hyatt hotel earns 5 stars when it comes to service and luxury.
The reception staff were extremely polite, presentable and proactive. They gave us a turtle toy when they say we had a toddler checking in, when we asked for late checkout it was offered without hesitation or making a big fuss about it.
The pools are great but would definitely benefit from a shading system like trees or shade sails. The sun lounges were too close to each other on the pool but by the beach they were well separated.
I love that the towels are present on the lounges saves time and effort to go collect from a booth.
The beach itself was the highlight of my stay despite the water being hot due to summer season, I still enjoyed it alot.
One recommendation to make the experience a 10 out of 10 is to make a walking track on the sand to protect our poor feet from the heat as it is a long walking distance to reach the lounges and the actual beach.
The kids club needs more attention, it is tiny and messy inside. The outside area is good but too hot for summer.
I would definitely repeat my visit when prices are a bit budget friendly because when it comes to customer service the staff here definitely stand out.
I tried their buffet breakfast and the food, service and variety were excellent.
The bakery section behind the pasta bar needs to have a wider entrance to make the access easier.

GGuest UserThe Radisson Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. Jessica and Elvie provided superb room service and kept the room tip-top along with my coffee supply. Vijay rajbhar provided excellent laundry service All of the staff at breakfast made it a very enjoyable experience (but be prepared to queue if you arrive after 9am) However the hotel warnings regarding queuing are very clear, the early arrivals, do not queue at all. The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. The happy hour provides excellent food and drink especially Evangelino and the rest of the staff in the executive lounge Use the opportunity of their Yas beach free pass. Would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone

GGuest UserStaff couldn’t be bothered to direct and assist to the room. The advertised swimming pool was not available as there was going to be a party till 3am. I received no prior notification of this. It was noisy and we couldn’t sleep even though we were on the side away from the party. There were no plugs next the bathroom mirror and no mirror in the room. I couldn’t style my hair with the straightener as I wanted. The room itself was very dark. The lighting was not adequate. The breakfast was very nice. Plenty of variety. The room was also tidy and clean.

- Abu Dhabi Radison Blue is in Yas Island and Conish, and I used it on the Conish Beach side.
- About a few years ago, it changed from Hilton to Radison Blue and renovated, the interior is stylish and nice.

*Key points: The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is good, the facilities, restaurants in the hotel and the tuk tuk are also next to the beach.
1. Breakfast is quite good and the staff are really friendly. The egg fries and omelettes made by yourself are so delicious and the bread is delicious.
2. There are about 5 or 6 restaurants / pubs / bars in the hotel, and Vertigo is delicious at a reasonable price (about 100,000 won per person), and there is a very high-end restaurant next to it, and the sandy beach is pretty. The lighting is so pretty (2 people 30-500,000 won).
3. The fitness center is spacious and comfortable and gorgeous.
4. Room condition was good and equipped with necessary amenities. There is no toothpaste toothbrush. No indoor slippers are provided and you ask. There's free water, there's tea rectification, there's coffee.
5. Location: 40 minutes taxi ride from Abu Dhabi Airport, 90 dirhams (about 35,000 won, 2022.10. Standard). I booked a pick-up service with the hotel concierge (apply by hotel email) 140 dirham (about 60,000 won, I think it was taxed separately because it was calculated when I checked out). As soon as I found my luggage, the driver was standing at the gate with a picket. When I arrived in Abu Dhabi, I applied for a pick-up service beyond 11 pm. I used a taxi that I took from the hotel when I returned.
6. Accessibility around: Abu Dhabi is a resort, but nearby Marina Mall (cheaply purchased on the first floor of the basement, Carrefour, gifts, etc.), Grand Mosque, Abu Dhabi Louvre Museum, Presidential Palace, It was good to be close to the Adnock Center (Oil Company National Corporation).
7. Local currency: Only Dirham, because the taxi was not desole with the US dollar, Dirham was exhausted and then exchanged money from the hotel front to Dirham. You can exchange money from Monday, except for weekends, like banks at the hotel front desk.
I went on a business trip, I couldn't use the facilities and went to the tourist spots well, but I wanted to go again and this hotel was a good place to go again. Recommended.

GGuest UserExcellent stay at Tryp with my child and wife. I spent two nights in Tryp in the month of May. This two days stay is far better than 4 days stay in Ramada (Abudhabi) and Howard Johnson (Deira, Dubai). Thank you for your service. Specially I want to mention that that room is too much like to my son.
