This is my second stay at the Gravity hotel this year for business, It was so good the first time I asked my company to use it in future, It is conveniently located in the commercial area and near to the industrial area. The staff are excellent, always friendly and have a smile, my cleaner Zakit Fuad provided an excellent service and ensured my room was cleaned to a very high standard every day, The staff at Breakfast time always remembered my order and again the service was excellent. The rooms are very clean and the hotel well maintained throughout, thanks for anther lovely stay

The only reason we stayed at the hotel was because we wanted to visit Dalma Mall and this was the closest cheap hotel with decent reviews. The hotel is located inside Mazyad Mall which is convenient as there is a Supermart, food court and many shops selling various stuff. The hotel I would say is average we booked a 1 bedroom apartment which was spacious had a kitchen and washing machine which was handy. The room's furniture is a little tired but well maintained, the bathroom was clean and tidy. We only stayed for 2 nights so didn't get a chance to use the pool or try the restaurant. The Service staff were very polite and helpful we had a lot of luggage and they arranged a big family cab for us promptly. I'm trying to be as positive as I can be but the place feels gloomy and old.

The staff is exceptional. We loved staying here and would definitely consider coming again. The hotel is good. Definitely above average but little things like the lack of glassware is a bit of a downer.

1. Location is fine but there is no parking spots if you reach in the evening and no valet parking or assistance in parking the car. 2. The premises is old but kept clean. 3. The pictures on the internet show a couch and there wasn't in the room. When i asked, they said i took a studio and couches are only in suites. That was not clear to me as i had my wife and child. I asked for an extra mattress and they said it's chargeable. 4. I needed late check out and although i arrived almost at midnight the night before, they insisted on charging me till 6 pm and end up changing me almost what a full night cost me on makemytrip trip and refused to give me any discount. 5. Staff were friendly. However, my experience with makemytrip was excellent as always.

I recently stayed at La Quinta Hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. We have been to many hotels in Abu Dhabi and I must say that Marriott Downtown is byfar our favorite and have been going there everytime we go to Abu Dhabi now. They have great food, attentive and curtious staff. From the housekeeping to the restaurants and to the Lounge! Miss George, Osama, Michelle, Christian, too bad I cannot name everyone here! We chose to stay at the Marriott Exec Apartments whilst in the city for the F1. We were a family of 4, and with two 17 year old with us space and privacy was important! The apartments suited us perfectly. Oodles of space, the boys had a double bed each and their own en-suite. Views were great from the floor to ceiling windows and there is a well equipped full kitchen too if you needed it. Our only critique would be that the second ensuite needs a shower screen as the dividing wall just doesn't come out far enough to stop the floor getting drenched and there is a serious lack of mirrors! A full length mirror in the hall or living area would be useful. Facilities are good as you can also use those at the main hotel which is all connected - no need to step outside. Boys enjoyed the gym and the roof top pool is small but perfectly adequate and again, great views! All the staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly those at breakfast. Location is good. We chose this hotel based on the apartment style accommodation and the price, it was a good 40 minutes by car to Yas Island but hotels there were crazy money for F1 weekend! However if you are wanting to get around all of Abu Dhabi it's fairly central so worked well for us as we were here for 5 nights and visited the Corniche, the Aquarium etc. As it's not a terribly ”touristy” area there are no restaurants nearby, just a lot of fast food outlets and a mall across the road with a food hall in it. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it if you have older children and need more space than a traditional hotel room.

LlooflirpaWhat a memorable stay! Our family stayed from 13-15 Feb. It was our first stay at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers and everything surpassed our expectation. We were greeted with a welcoming drink while we were getting checked in. Next thing we know was we got an upgrade to a family suite on 17th floor, with a huge living room and open kitchen. It was late night when we checked-in, so it was until the next morning that we got jaw dropped by the stunning sea view from our room.
Equipment in the room is premium, large screen TV, BOSE sound bar, coffee capsule machine, to list a few. And in the kitchen you could have all the utensils and tools needed to cook a dinner or even bake a cake. The room was generously stocked with bottled water, tea bags and coffee capsules. One thing I could not understand was that they provided travel-sized bottles of shampoo and body lotion in our bathrooms but no body wash.
We had brought it with us so it was not a problem. However if the room had fixed pumping bottles of body cleansing and skincare, it would be more environmental friendly as well as providing convenience for guests.
All staff we met were always pleasant, efficient and helpful. In our first morning, the breakfast restaurant was so full that the line queuing to get in was becoming long. Staff immediately arranged guests to sit at the restaurant next to it. As soon as we got our table, we got served. We were impressed by how nice and smooth things were handled by the team.
Breakfast offered a wide range of food choices, from pastries to Asian noodles, from Indian curry to Lebanese cold mezz. I couldn't remember one that was not delicious. For me, make-to-order fresh juice station was the highlight. You can choose your fruit combination and staff get your drink ready within seconds!
And don't miss out Observation Deck at 300! It was just steps away from the hotel. And it's free for hotel guest! You can get a 360 degree view of Abu Dhabi from 72th floor up high. The floor to ceiling spotless windows allow you to take great pictures. Please don't to be mistaken, windows in the hotel room are very clear, just not comparable to the Observation Deck.
If there is a second time I travel to Abu Dhabi, Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers would definitely be my choice of stay. Conrad team, keep up the nice work!

KKH1956We booked two twin rooms for 3 nights, however they cannot find two rooms from their system. After clarifying for a long time, they managed to give us the rooms. That maybe due to a communication problem between the hotel and trip.com. Anyways the rooms are clean. There is a rooftop pool. Lifeguard is friendly and helpful. If the rooms are too dark, it would be perfect if they could be brighter.

The staff that attends this hotel in all its departments knows exactly how to serve a guest well. They are always willing to help and provide comfort and convenience to the guest. Theri attitude to serve is your best ally. Congratulations. On the other hand, the location of the Hotel and its cleanliness are two additional positive factors that incline the preference for this Hotel. I will gladly return to this Hotel and highly recommend it. Finally, I would like to highlight the breakfast service, especially Krichelle, Hasna, Alwyn, Sheron, Chane and the entire team, they were very kind. Thank you.

We also had a good rest at the hotel on the roof in the pool, where caring excellent staff, especially the cool Ishan Anuradha, helped both in the gym and in the pool, and gave disposable tableware, generally a great person! Хорошо отдохнули и в отеле на крыше в бассейне, там заботливый отличный персонал особенно классный Ishan Anuradha он и в тренажёрном зале помог, и в бассейне, и дал одноразовую посуду, вообще отличный парень!

GGuest UserVery good, nice sized hotel. Excellent pool area with heated outside pool. Great to have direct access to the private beach. All the staff were really helpful and friendly but particularly Binot on the concierge desk. Disappointing that the main Jing restaurant does not offer its full range of international food or its oriental buffet during Ramadan. Yas Shuttle bus is really useful but be warned of unscheduled hour long breaks (usually 6pm/7pm ish during Ramadan. Overall a good experience and we would come back.

GGuest UserThe Radisson Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. Jessica and Elvie provided superb room service and kept the room tip-top along with my coffee supply. Vijay rajbhar provided excellent laundry service All of the staff at breakfast made it a very enjoyable experience (but be prepared to queue if you arrive after 9am) However the hotel warnings regarding queuing are very clear, the early arrivals, do not queue at all. The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. The happy hour provides excellent food and drink especially Evangelino and the rest of the staff in the executive lounge Use the opportunity of their Yas beach free pass. Would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone

GGuest UserWe are always coming back to this hotel because of the cheaper room rate, the staff is good, but sometimes the room is not properly clean, one time when we are staying, coffee mug is not clean, i think they just wash it with only water.
