Actually I think to leave the bad feedback for this hotel because of some things, I was expecting from this hotel, when I came with my mom i suddenly felt like the hotel doesn’t match with pictures in reality of this hotel and I was trying to cancel my booking but the trip come had some policy and the guy in reception was so polite and professional he change my room with very nice room with balcony face to the beach, my mom love that room and I change my mind. When we start to leave for few days I realize that it’s really nice hotel, people are polite and very respectful, always smiling and trying their best, the buffet was excellent, thank you chef for cooking delicious meal and we love that, we enjoyed a lot with my mom, breakfast amazing very fresh food and clean!!!! The room was very clean and the workers were very friendly and polite especially Mohammed was cleaning my room 514 he very friendly and so respectful with shining eyes!!!! My Mom love that place we enjoyed a lot and security was helpful and respectful!!!! Thank you guys we enjoyed a lot!!!! I would love to come back again maybe next time🥰特别感谢您们！服务特别棒！下次再来！

My stay here is really five star. From the room- amazing bed and pillows. The cleanliness is just impeccable. I would highly recommend this hotel to any visitor and local. The massage at body lines was this superb and professional. Dona really knows what she is doing. The friendliest staff. Thanks

I stayed with the Beach Rotana, Abu Dhabi for 8months and it was honestly one of the best experiences. Super Clean, welcoming and warm. The staff go out of their way to make you feel at ease and have a great balance of being attentive yet not pushy. Will definitely be returning and would 100% recommend, all be it for family holidays or business. Bodylines gym team Hannah and Christian were great hosts. The breakfast team in the residences section Milan and Sheka go out of their way and are always in a good mood. Hasham the security guard always smiling. It’s just overall a great place to be, especially with the ease and access to Galleria Mall and Abu Dhabi Mall.

The hotel is quite new. Although the location is very close to the mosque, it is still a bit far to walk. It is not cheap to take a taxi. It is also far from the free bus stop, and the transportation is not convenient enough. There is a park and a small museum nearby, and the entrance fee is a few yuan.
