The location felt like a business district. The two-bedroom unit was perfect for a family trip. Although not overly spacious, the kitchen, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and even plates, was extremely convenient. There are convenience stores and Chinese restaurants in the vicinity. The breakfast timing was a bit odd though – we had to leave by 8:30 AM, but the hotel's brunch service was from 9 AM to 3 PM. We had to call the restaurant to pick out some breakfast items and arrange a specific time for them to be delivered to our room. The portions were so generous we couldn't finish it all. They also sent a complimentary box of pastries in the evening.

The room was not as advertised, and was basic and not worth the price paid. Very misleading photos, raised concerns with the manager and all he could say is that it was photoshop and I can cancel through the third party- which takes 14 days so not an option at the time. The room is fine and all amenities you need are in there. but just advertised as a more luxurious stay than you receive. Some people rely on the photos of the rooms when picking from half way across the world, I suggest updating the site to reflect the room correctly to avoid any other upset customers. Overall the staff were friendly, including security guard and location ok. Right near Abu Dhabi mall.

Simply the best hotel in Abu Dhabi!!!!
I loved the gym which is so spacious and professional (and brownie points to the sauna in the shower/changing room)
Food was also excellent, had breakfast and dinner buffet at the hotel when I felt lazy and didn’t want to go out

This hotel is perfect for a stay in Abu dhabi. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and catering staff accommodated me being vegan. They gave me a selection of vegan options every morning. We ate at two restaurants in the hotel, Indigo (indian) and Prego (Italian) both were very nice. The hotel is attached to Abu Dhabi mall which was vegan convenient having a toddler with us, many child friendly places in the mall. The hotel also has a baby pool and kids play room which was nice. Overall really happy with the stay, excellent hotel in a great location. Definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel looks old from the photo, but to our surprise, it is not substandard in terms of quality n service. Kitchen amenities are good, pans n pots provided, n bathroom is clean. Bedroom is comfy, and it has a lovely iving room also. It's walking distance to Abu Dhabi mall. Me n my family truly enjoy our 3 days stay over here.

Location is great- accessible to public transpo. We had breakfast served in our room. The hotel had only one access to all floors of the building which makes it inconvenient as the building is has other business establishment. It becomes disturbing in the evening as you can hear and feel the vibration of loud sounds until 4am at most.

LLallasofiaI had a nice 7 day stay with my husband at this hotel .everything was good and clean, the service was great and the people were so welcoming and nice . We went to the beach and swimming pool , and the breakfast was so delicious with so many options.we asked about a birthday cake and they made a wonderful carrot cake the best I’ve ever had ! Even the dinner was great . Thank you so much .and a big thanks to miss imane the helpful receptionist and Mr chandara 😍

IIvanGreat hotel in Abu Dhabi! Amazing view of The Galleria Mall from our room. Abu Dhabi Mall and Grand Emirates Market are within walking distance. Beach is also close by. Lots of restaurants around. Rooftop has a nice pool and gym. Perfect location for exploring the city.

The facility is old, but I chose it because it has a kitchen and a room at a cheap price. The staff is friendly.
If you take a taxi to the airport in 30-40 minutes, it seems that the furniture cost a little over 100 dirhams.
Before taking a taxi in Abu Dhabi, ask for a credit card before boarding.
There is a taxi driver who lies and asks for cash by saying that the credit card machine is broken.

2. Shower water pressure is also low
3. The shower curtains are very smelly.
4. Generally places such as the walkway are also very smelly. The smell / stench is similar to those carpet that are not washed for many many years
5. Looks nice on picture because of the lighting in the room. But there are no master switch on both side of the bed. So have to off it on 1 side only

SsweetshoiraIt was a nice hotel, good for it's price. Unfortunately this hotel doesn't have parking lot. So if you're renting a car then this hotel needs to be avoided or you need to spend more on hourly parking.

They have a lot of clubs here which was off putting but staff are very helpful and friendly.
Pictures are deceiving, so we got upgraded to a suite but it didn’t have a microwave which was a shame.
