Spacious and Comfortable Stay at Oryx Hotel I stayed at Oryx Hotel in Abu Dhabi and was really impressed by how big the rooms were. The space was perfect for relaxing after a long day, with large beds, comfortable seating, and a big, clean bathroom that had everything I needed. The location is also a huge plus—just a short walk to the Corniche and close to shops and restaurants. It was easy to get around, and the area felt safe and convenient. Some parts of the hotel could use a bit of updating, but overall, it was clean, comfortable, and a good value for the price. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

It was a lovely stay for my anniversary, the welcome was really warm, and the special anniversary arrangements added more spice for the special occasion. A lovely chocolate moose cake, and a sweet red rose petals with towels gooses on the bed! That was really cool. The dinner was great alongside with the breakfast. Disappointing. I had previously stayed at the Conrad before and eagerly awaiting coming back to it. However, the room was not as nice as I remembered. The view from the window was obscured by water streaks or something? Reception were nice but check in was a bit bothersome asking to put money on Hilton Honors, if I had a card for luggage collection, and when they asked if I would use the mini bar and I said no, they actually sent someone to the room to lock it. It didnt feel very welcoming. Food was good quality but expensive and Rays Steakhouse was also closed for the summer. The adult pool is only waist height, good for people lounging around but not for actually swimming. They have a decent gym and complimentary access to the Observation deck is nice.

The hotel seems a bit under-staffed for high season bookings. We have requested on numerous occasions few services which went unnoticed. Pool area seating is very limited compared to guest occupancy of the hotel.

Staff were really friendly and hotel overall was great. However, I will say that the service was appalling. Particularly the room service. Several times over several days, I had called up as not mugs were put in the room, radio didn’t work, no spoons/stirers were there (for example), but no one came. Two times I had to go down to the desk and ask personally and other times, I just forgot about it. This is just a few issues we had. My thoughts and opinions were shared with staff on checkout and an apology was given, but a good will gesture would have been nice, particularly since I had a list of bad experiences.

Overall good value for money. Location is a bit far away from city center, but prices were cheaper. Only down side was an unpleasant experience at the breakfast, where a staff refused to give us a table we wanted when there were no other customers in the restaurant. It was supposed to be a get-away trip for my mother, who lost her mother just a month ago. Needless to say, it made her even more frustrated when the girl decided to continue to serve us with a glare.

The hotel location is good just nearby the main attraction -tower , the view at night is stunning .the breakfast has many variations just the room furniture a bit old

I would like to commend the staff at Grand Hyatt Dubai for their outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, the warm and friendly welcome made me feel at home. The professionalism and flexibility of the staff left a very positive impression on me. The view and comfort of the room were pleasantly surprising, with an unbeatable view of the sea and ample space that made it very comfortable! Location is Additionally, I have a small suggestion regarding the hotel’s takeout service. Currently, guests need to go to the lobby to collect their orders, which can be inconvenient after a long day or during a quiet night. I would recommend considering the introduction of delivery robots to bring takeout directly to guests’ rooms. Love this hotel very much!!

Great private beach, with beach bar, lounges, swimming pool, and restaurants. All you need if you're looking for a pool day. The adjacent Hemingway's Bar as great happy hour deals with very affordable beer and wine.

The location is a little bit far from the city center, however, the views were outstanding. The room size were huge with great aircondition despite the summer weather. The breakfast was ok but we expected more varieties for a 5star residence hotel. The pool and beach were beyond excellent. The floor hallway carpet smells a little bit musty. Joaquim who helped us with our bags upon arrival was very helpful.
