Hotel is ok. The sound of the lift (makes a sound every time the doors open) can drive one crazy. The window in my room was also not soundproof. Bring earplugs! No breakfast at the property. The rest is great (room, location, service).

Good choice if you need to stay nearby the Al Wanda mall

The hotel is located near the bus station. The room did not look very clean: there were hairs on the table, yellow stains on the nightstand, and there were drops of dried tea on the cups. I liked the speed of the Internet - the only thing that worked flawlessly.

The whole night my mind was blown to pieces by the club upstairs, it was so noisy!

In addition, the facilities are 2 stars, falsely claiming that they are newly renovated, the room facilities are old and dirty, the sanitary conditions of the toilet and shower room are extremely poor, the walls and sofas are so dirty that they dare not touch them, the safe is broken, and the door is not Safety lock, asked to check out, was rudely told that not only can't check out, the facilities are like this, can neither be repaired nor replaced, you can stay, but you can't refund. When it came to leaving, the front desk, security, and all kinds of staff wandering in the lobby began to treat me rudely, and their words were disrespectful. Because I was on a business trip alone, I left the store decisively in order to avoid the deterioration of the conflict. After many complaints and demands for an apology, the store refused to repent, and Ctrip apologized for the store's mistakes. Thanks to Ctrip's customer service manager for comforting and helping me in the first time, but I still hope that Ctrip can screen out these bad businesses and do more investigations.

The staff is exceptional. We loved staying here and would definitely consider coming again. The hotel is good. Definitely above average but little things like the lack of glassware is a bit of a downer.

Reception people were so helpful and they made my day, i would like to thank the moroccan or egyptian guy in reception he is really cheerful and approachable person.

The experience was good and the staff was polite and very cooperative, i liked it and stay there again in future.

Good spacious room. The king size bedroom has facilities like multiple cupboard, table, chairs. The washroom seems neat and clean. Totally worth it.

This hotel front office is really bad. I wondered they even know what is hospitality compared to other hotels it's really a bad one. I was very disappointed with their service.. I won't recommend this hotel or visit again... Waste of time and hospitality need major improvements. Specially the staff Hari in reception was very rude and others were also same...

Staff is helpful and always smiling, location is nice. Rooms are well furnished with a relatively large room area.

Excellent, luxury hotel. Super helpful and friendly staff. Large room with mini fridge. Poorly designed bathroom. Impossible to take a shower without flooding the floor. A simple longer shower curtain that reaches all the way around three sides of the tub would fix the problem. Perfect location about 12 minute walk to central bus station for trip to airport and Dubai. Local bus no. 24 stops at corner and runs to the Grand Mosque in one direction and to the Marina mall in the other. Must pay by tap card which can be purchased ONLY by cash at a machine at the bus station, for example. There are restaurants and a grocery store at a very short walk from the hotel and a pedestrian tunnel to cross the main road.
