Very welcoming hotel. We enjoyed during our stay in the hotel. The services were excellent and fast. Thanks to Gaizil the receptionist for providing amazing services and fulfilling our needs and even calling back after our checkout to ensure the pleasant of our stay. I will definitely come again 😃.

This hotel is perfect for attending conference at ADNEC. Literally just across the road. We had a two bed apartment which was perfect as I brought my sister in law and nephew. This was easy for preparing food and doing laundry. I also wish to highlight one of the bell staff who was excellent. I think his name was Rayyan? He was incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately when we arrived we were taken to a room that had not been serviced after the last people checked out so there was half eaten room service left in the room, as well as used bed linen and towels. Very distressing when you arrive at 6pm tired from travelling. It was not the front desk who handled it but Rayyan. In fact we received no personal apology from the hotel although a fruit basket was sent up to us with no accompanying note.

The hotel location was not as convenient as the other reviews said. It’s at the convention centre area instead of downtown and thus we needed to take buses to go to the downtown or other destinations every day. Luckily the bus stops were near the hotel. A small comment was that the housekeeping could be slightly more efficient. They said one minute every time but it could be a couple of hours.

I always like staying in Rotana hotel groups because the service is always good. Especially when trip offers better price some time. Very nice hotel.

I feel that the hotel is very cost-effective, the service is very thoughtful, and there is a small kitchen~ The location is good, next to the embassy and the convention center, and the Louvre or corniche beach are within a 30-minute drive. The underground parking lot is also very convenient
