The food was horrible they served me a burnt pizza and even when i notify the manager they still charged me for the burnt pizza

The location of the hotel is very accessible. It looks newly developed as it is very clean and the design looks modern. The best thing I like about this place is the pool; It is very kids friendly though the timings of the pool are really short unlike other hotels in Royal M its 8am till 6pm, check in time is 2pm the schedule of the pool is very tight like you only have 2-3 hours to enjoy it. The hotel room is very spacious but not sound proof because we can hear the TV of the room beside us.
