All the staff are very accommodating and friendly always smiling. Just the smell of the hallway and room little smell’s like someone just clean and vacuumed. Ill brought my nephew for a moment and they are assisting me while carrying him

Okay stay the view should be city view but was building view un pleasant view but the lobby stuff was helpful with taxi & luggage assist however I get twice calls for check it out at 12pm & 12:15 pm while was preparing to go out.

Central location, attached to a mall through a café which is super convenient. Immaculate room, the cleaning staff really did an amazing job changing bedsheets and towels regularly and replacing anything that’s missing like water bottles, coffee, tea, milk… Very comfortable double beds. The security guard who helped us with our suitcases was very nice, same goes for the reception desk and all the employees of the hotel.

Execellent location. Just next to a shopping mall, and only a few minutes to the corniche. Good breakfast. Very impressive cake for my birthday.

Good hotel and service. Everything is clean. Rooms are soundproof enough. As a light sleeper, I could sleep without ear plugs. Mattress is very comfortable. Good breakfast options. Wifi is about 30mbps, enough for remote work

Staff are friendly and helpful but bathroom shower module water leaked to the floor.

The hotel located downtown, a mall is one door away. The hotel was clean and the staff are friendly. I will definitely stay there again.

Quick and easy check-in. *Room: (4/5) aesthetic, clean, has ironing board and iron. No cotton pads nor shavers. *Restaurant: (3/5) variety of choices, but just not to my liking.
