يدعون أنهم يعطونك ترقية لفلة غرفتين ولكن في الحقيقة أنهم يكذبون ويعطونك الفلل الجاهزة للاستخدام
ثم يقولون لك لا تستخدم الغرفة الأخرى العلوية
يعطونك ترقية وفي الحقيقة هي انزال لمستوى اقل ولايوجد إطلالة على الشاطئ
التعامل جيد يحملون الحقائب
انتبهوا من قيمة الميني بار من أكل ومكسرات فهي غالية جدا ولم يتم إيضاحها إلا بخط صغير جدا موضوع في اسفل الأدراج

We had a fantastic time at Al Maya Island! The staff were super helpful and made our stay smooth and memorable. The villa was beautiful with a great view, and the food at the only restaurant was delicious. They even accommodated our special requests and took feedback seriously. Breakfast from 8 AM to 12 PM was a nice bonus. Would definitely visit again!

Verry accomodating staff from Almaya Boat jetty specially (Mr. Naveen) from the reception. F and B staff ( ms.brenda) is verry nice and approachable. Highly recommended if you plan for staycation.

I and my friends visited the Island for the first time and it was absolutely amazing, we had lost of fun and the staff were very friendly, service was great and food was very nice. Special thanks to Brenda who took care of us. We definitely coming back
