Relaxing every thing was great just it will be better put full box of tissue in the room I used few tissue only .

Amazing hotel , great location , breakfast was good too … this hotel is especially good with kids .. it’s one of the best hotel i stayed with kids .. great view too

Everything is great except the fact that the drinking water in the room is not free, which is very weird to come into the room without the welcome water.

A very nice hotel in a good location - close to Marina mall, short distance by taxi to main sightseeing attractions. We stayed during soot opening phase and there were few problems but they were rectified by the management

The friendly smile instantly disappeared from his face and he began to interrogate us: are you sure you will pay for these drinks at the reception? Are you sure you'll pay? It's like we're some kind of homeless people. I don’t understand what’s the problem with just putting these drinks on our account and subtracting their cost from the deposit amount? This system is somehow very poorly thought out. For example, they would require us to sign for drinks to confirm. No, he began to interrogate us, driving us into humiliation. After that, I never set foot near the bar again. Accordingly, almost the entire deposit that I wanted to spend at the hotel was returned to me when we checked out of the room. When I was given the bill upon check out, it did not include the 2 cocktails we ordered at the bar. I still didn’t understand anything. If the bar guy was so afraid that we wouldn't pay at the reception, why didn't they include those drinks in the bill? Yes, the drinks contained alcohol. Do they need to be taken into account somehow separately? And run around paying extra at the reception every time? For what? If you already have a deposit. In general, my vacation was ruined because of this. Another funny thing was that, based on the documents, they decided that I was a man, not a girl. And although upon arrival at the reception I said that I was not Mr., but Miss, but in the room on the TV when we arrived, there was the inscription “Welcome, Mister...” and then my name and surname 🤭 Overall, the hotel is not bad. Beautiful rooms. I liked that there was a bathtub and a glass door leading into the room. 3 swimming pools. But the maximum depth in only one is 1.2 meters. The remaining 2 pools are even shallower (for swimming with children). Deposit 400 dirhams per night per room. The beach at the hotel is not very good. In my opinion it is artificial. There are still potholes on the sides, as if someone was digging the sand with a tractor (like a quarry for building a house). There are stones in the water. At the same time, it is shallow and the water near the shore is not turquoise, but brown. From time to time you get the feeling that you are swimming in a puddle. I also asked to give us a high floor. Usually hotels try to fulfill my requests wherever we go. But this time we were only given the 4th floor. Although the room category was booked superior, which assumes floors from 1 to 8. The safe in the room broke 2 times. I couldn't open it. The staff quickly repaired it - they came to the room within 10-15 minutes. We had early check-in and late check-out. No, we weren't allowed to check into our room earlier because it wasn't ready yet, but both times we were allowed to use the beach and pool. Although check-out from the hotel is at 12, we used the beach until 16:00. Thank you for this. But overall the hotel left an unpleasant aftertaste. I felt uncomfortable in it. I don’t want to go back there, so as not to experience humiliation again.
