A quiet clean comfortable room. We arrived late so were happy that the restaurant was open until 1am serving delicious food. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport every hour.

We booked a hotel room at the last minute as we were expecting the airline to provide us with accommodation given we had a 14-hour overnight layover. We managed to get a great deal on the room (Black Friday). The location of the hotel on Yas Island and only 10mins from the airport was great (just as close as the airport hotel!) and the staff were friendly & welcoming. Room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, although a little small. Extensive 24-hour room service menu (and service) was much appreciated!

The hotel and people were very nice although at the reception the receptionists were not so warm! They forgot to inform that we paid in advance to dine that night at the hotel restaurant and made us feel awkward since when we arrived, the lady in charge couldn't find us on their list!! The swimming pool was nice and big but very noisy with lots of kids shouting and playing with balls. Not a very nice place to relax after exhausting work days. The beach was clean and nice but again with noise due to the construction site opposite! Rooms were clean and comfortable though with very good beds and mattresses which is important for a good night's sleep.

good spot for formula one fans , rooms are spacious , small pool but we liked it. food is good , big restaurant you get lots of privacy to enjoy the big selection of food. staff are polite and the manager MODY is number one.

This was a surprise from my husband for my 40th bday. We had a great time. Hotel had beautiful interior pool was fantastic my 7year old enjoyed a lot. I want to particularly mention a few staff members who had been very helpful and efficient during our stay. Top of the list is Abdul who serves at breakfast lunch and dinner at the bottom. He was very friendly, asking us all the time how we r if he could bring something for us & made us feel very comfortable. Anup was the same very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Vora at the spa. She was v good with the massage, so was Mariam at the spa, very friendly and accommodating. Outstanding service awards for the staff members mentioned above.

The room is small and exquisite, the facilities and equipment inside are very new, the bedding is comfortable, the breakfast is rich, tastes good, and the price is not expensive. It is the most cost-effective in our entire trip. The environment outside the hotel is also good. We went to several themes The park can take a free bus outside, which is very convenient. The Radisson Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. Jessica and Elvie provided superb room service and kept the room tip-top along with my coffee supply. Vijay rajbhar provided excellent laundry service All of the staff at breakfast made it a very enjoyable experience (but be prepared to queue if you arrive after 9am) However the hotel warnings regarding queuing are very clear, the early arrivals, do not queue at all. The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. The happy hour provides excellent food and drink especially Evangelino and the rest of the staff in the executive lounge Use the opportunity of their Yas beach free pass. Would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone

The hotel is superb, gives you a feel of resort at a very good price. All of the staff are very cooperative, the swimming pool is awesome, we really enjoyed our stay. We had a decent breakfast, all request were entertained very nicely and the F&B manager Mr Ahmed was very kind.

I had a great experience staying at the yas island Rotana hotel. The hotel is not far from the yas mall. There is a free hotel shuttle bus at the door, which runs every 15 minutes. Y2 can reach Ferrari Park and Warner Bros. Park, which is very convenient! The hotel breakfast is also very rich, and there are outdoor facilities It feels very comfortable to sit outside the swimming pool and have breakfast. I would like to especially thank the hotel for this trip. My family's passports were lost in the taxi. It was the hotel's datat guy who enthusiastically contacted the taxi reception desk and asked for the license plate and driver's phone number. He immediately asked the driver to return and return the passports. Give it to me, so that I, who am in a foreign country and don’t understand the language, don’t have to ask for help🆘The embassy!

Start from a very smooth and professional check in with Thwea i don't exactly remember her name, the one who made the check in she is very professional with a very friendly lovely smile and a first class high manner, very special thanks to her for making our first and last impression and for her assistance during our stay, Good Job and Well Done to her and to the hiring professional employee. Then i got a wonderful coffee at the morning over the pool, with some team of the breakfast restaurant assistant all was a good experience my room was 607 it had a lovely view. Thank you all for the wonderful stay you make it and thanks you thwea for you assistance during the check in and out.. highly recommend to book the balacony room with sea view amd high floor

Overall the experience is good. It could have been best if they have prepared ahead of time for the buffet breakfast. It is very chaotic as they were not prepared that a lot of people will come. They could have anticipated based on the number of pax booked during those dates. As for the rooms, I liked it. Clean, you can even cook inside. We booked a once bedroom suite with city view.k
