My recent 8-night stay at City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel was superb. The hotel's prime downtown location made exploring Abu Dhabi effortless and within 300m of the hotel, you will be spoilt for choice for cafes, convenience stores, restaurants, laundy stores and etc. For an older hotel, cleanliness was impeccable, reflecting the staff's dedication. Service was outstanding, from the welcoming reception to the attentive restaurant staff. The highlight was the superb breakfast, offering a variety of delicious dishes with slight tweaks each day for added variety. Overall, City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel offers a comfortable experience. Highly recommended for its superb location, cleanliness, outstanding service, and delicious breakfast offerings.

Approximately 30 minutes away from Abu Dhabi airport, Copthorne Downton is perfectly placed for all your needs. Shopping mall, Ferrari World, Yas marina are all 19 minutes away by car. Room was spacious and very homely. Ladies at reception are real strength, dealing with no matter how big a problem with speed and efficiency. The concierge was very helpful and courteous. All the staff were eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible I will definitely come back as I felt genuinely welcomed.

Very good, nice sized hotel. Excellent pool area with heated outside pool. Great to have direct access to the private beach. All the staff were really helpful and friendly but particularly Binot on the concierge desk. Disappointing that the main Jing restaurant does not offer its full range of international food or its oriental buffet during Ramadan. Yas Shuttle bus is really useful but be warned of unscheduled hour long breaks (usually 6pm/7pm ish during Ramadan. Overall a good experience and we would come back.

This time we had a wonderful vacation at the Al Rhaha Beach Hotel. A special thanks goes to Mr. Ahmed Kamel , who stood by us in all matters. Another thanks to the entire staff for the all-round good care. It was certainly not the last time in this hotel. We would like to thank the housekeeping team Raja, Samy, Jesica and Deepak personally, not a matter of course such a good service.

Really great staff and building just a little far from beaches and things but a short walk from a big shopping market. Nice pool and massages and spa and roof top sheesha. Highly recommended

We have been to many hotels in Abu Dhabi and I must say that Marriott Downtown is byfar our favorite and have been going there everytime we go to Abu Dhabi now. They have great food, attentive and curtious staff. From the housekeeping to the restaurants and to the Lounge! Miss George, Osama, Michelle, Christian, too bad I cannot name everyone here! Can't wait to go back:-)

Requested for connecting rooms and the hotel was nice to provide. Super spacious plus there’s a living room area in between the connecting rooms. Nice stay.

I totally enjoyed my stay and slept comfortably. The rooms is clean and there is washing machine, stove, refrigerator and smart tv. Internet is good but much better if the smart tv is connected to wifi so that the apps can enjoy….

This is by far the best budget hotel me and my girlfriend has stayed. For 4 days we stayed here everything was perfect, the fact that we dont have to ask them to clean the room is the best thing. We go out in the morning and when we come back at night the room is clean as it was when we checked-in. Our belongings were untouched but everything else was renewed without us requesting or them asking if we wanted to clean the room. The only thing this hotel needs to update or upgrade is the T.V, i consider this a 5 star budget hotel so the T.V need to be a bit more modern or latest. The room is big and the whole hotel was covered by carpet on the floor including our room and the corridor to the rooms. The area this hotel is located is perfect because everything you need is just 5 mins walk away from the hotel, bars restaurants, cheap shopping centers and malls also. All the staffs were very friendly and polite. 5 star customer service. Especially our check-in agent and receptionist Saajid gave us the best customer service. Thank you Saajid and the guy who cleans (couldnt ask his name) the rooms. For you this is the place i will choose again if i visit Abu Dhabi again. In front of the waterfront. Location 5/5 Full Board (B/L/D)- 4.5/5. Less fewer choices. Not all staff are attentive. Noted plate is piling on the adjacent table. Check in- is easy 5/5 Overall 5/5 Overall 4.5/5 I consider to return to this hotel. For the worth of what I paid still very good. There is a lot of hotel beside this hotel that you can consider too.
