The room smelled like harsh cleaners. The rugs were dirty, garbage piled up in the hallways, stains on the ceilings and dust piled up in hairdryer. Section 8. Staff was nice tho.

Pulling up to this property before we even unloaded the luggage, there was trash all over the parking lot, including dirty diapers and used needles. The building itself is in disrepair. The lobby had a smell I can't explain. The room itself was unclean and in need of SERIOUS remodeling and updating. There was black mold on the wall and stains everywhere--on the desk chair, the sheets and comforters, the flooring. I seriously considered driving home. Avoid this one. You get what you pay for.

The property needs to be updated and renewed in the worst way. Wyndham should be ashamed to be associated with this property but if you are on a budget on the off peak season it is a steal if you are accustomed to squalor.

Did not enjoy my stay While waiting to check-in, myslef and orher guests noticed the lobby had a nasty, musty smell of a dirty rug(s). The ceilings were covered with water leaks in the lobby and on the floor where I stayed. Paint was peeling throughout thee building, smoke detectors were missing, bathtub was rusty and the room I stayed in smelled like the lobby; dirty wet rugs. A few people I ran into on my way to get ice from the 4th floor (all ice machines were down on all the floors except the 4th) were complaining about the smell and conditions too, stated they would never recommend or return.

Room was not properly cleam, i had to dust it off myself. Mildew in ice bucket & fridge, freezer spilled colored liquid, floor dirty, mattress stained, burned cigarette hole in comforter along with dark brown stains. Air condition unit had dust balls on both sides & unit looked like it was falling apart. Curtains right to stay up & hanging half way down & unable to close to prevent brightness while sleeping in morning. We had to check out a day before because of the horrible smell. The maintenance is very poor. My boyfriend and I had to clean the pool with the net. There was a dirty towel on the floor for 2 days and no one picked it up until we told them something. The rugs on the hallways and rooms are not vacuum. The smell is horrible on the floors. Seems to me is also being used as shelter cause their are people living there. Just a horrible experience.
