"I always stayed at the hotel during my business trip, and the facilities were fine. However, after I checked out, I was charged an extra night's room fee, and I still need to keep up with employee training. This time I found that the breakfast was still very rich, much better than before."
"It feels normal, the point is that the bill that the hotel gave me is 198 dollars, and I have paid more than 1,560 through Ctrip. ? ? Does this mean that I am saving more? ? ?"

"Bathrooms were nice. Towels big & fluffy. Shower was WONDERFUL! Crack in tile at the rear of shower but it did not effect the shower itself. Not super soft water, which was great. Some places have water so very soft that a person never feels clean.
Bed was comfortable with lots of varied pillows; good choices. Television monitor big and responsive. All the lights worked and were good to read by.
Everything was covered in dust from construction. Breakfast lady did her best but not enough seats and dust hovered in the air. When we first arrived, we did not know how to get to the front desk to check in. (WHEN will you be finished remodeling?!)
Lady with green/blue hair tried to be nice but I am NOT her ”hon.” Three times she called me hon or honey. I'm 73. My wife standing right there. How about a little respect?"

"I booked a room for my In-Laws for the weekend coming from out of town and paid for it in advance. Found out my In-Laws could not make it for Saturday and said they will be coming Sunday. So I call the hotel and spoke with Jill the desk clerk and she was so nice and helpful. Long story short I was able to swap the days without losing the room that I paid for and my In-Laws loved the room and service and I will definitely booked them a room at this hotel again.🥰🥰😉👍🏼😃☺️"
"I’m a traveling nurse and I appreciate how close Extended Stay is to where I’m working. Tessi and Sharon are always very accommodating and they try to help me whenever I am there"

DdaisukeThe hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious and the sofa bed was easy to make. However, the bed was too hard and my son hurt his back. The sofas at Hampton and Holiday Inn are softer. Breakfast was included for free. It was a room only plan but we were able to eat it.
