The hotel is newly opened, and the location is not bad. Taxis are generally accessible. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. But I usually don’t go out at night. The restaurant downstairs is also very good and is usually full at night! All services in the hotel are very polite, but basically all in French, and only a few managers can speak English!

This is the worst Hotel I have encountered in my entire life. Where do i even start, from the front desk to the rooms, nothing speaks of class or hotel service. The front desk are not polite very rude and do not have an atom of customer service in them, please stay in the hotel at your own perils. The hotel claims to be a 4 star hotel but in my opinion it is worse it is a disgrace to what 4 star stands for, how can a hotel refuse to change your bed linen but changes it every 2 days, this already tells you that the staff are lazy and speaks poorly of hygiene. Even a 1 star hotel changes the bed linen daily and offers you a new towel. Restaurant is poorly run, the chef thinks he is a master chef, please re train your staff, Breakfast options are so poor you will want to vomit, the food all have no taste, use ingredients like ginger and garlic in your food for taste. A four star hotel that does not even have waffles, scrambled eggs, or sausages and bacon, and no working coffee machine, is a disgrace to a 4 star brand. Please avoid this hotel it will suck the life out of you, and you will see the literal definition of unprofessionalism.

Hotel super but the cleanliness of some rooms is to be reviewed for

My stay at TIAMA was an undeniably memorable experience, characterized by impeccable service and unparalleled hospitality. The staff, from the reception desk to the concierge and restaurant personnel, exhibited the utmost professionalism and warmth. Each request was met with prompt attention and resolved within a remarkable five minutes. The accommodations were equally impressive. My room was meticulously maintained, boasting a pristine cleanliness and a supremely comfortable bed. I relished the delightful breakfast served directly to my room, a convenient and indulgent touch that added to my overall enjoyment. It is especially noteworthy to commend the high caliber of service in an African country. The professionalism and dedication of the staff at TIAMA instilled in me a sense of pride and shattered any preconceived notions about the quality of hospitality in this region. In fact, I have visited numerous hotels in developed countries, and I can confidently assert that TIAMA stands on par, if not exceeds, the standards set by those establishments. My heartfelt congratulations to the entire team for their exceptional work. TIAMA has set a new benchmark for hospitality in Africa, making it a destination where guests can truly experience the essence of comfort and professionalism. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Fanta DOUMBIA, Yeo KOUASSI, and the entire TIAMA team for their exceptional service and dedication.

Although only short, we really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived late on a Thursday night and checked out on the Saturday morning. Staff spoke wonderful English and were very accommodating of all our needs. On the first night I felt terrible as I went back to reception at least four times to ask for different things (a second towel, water etc) (eek!). The room, although small, was very clean and the air-conditioning worked well. Breakfast was selected the night before, based on about three or four different selections: what we’d like and what time we’d like it. Choices were generally an omelette, pastries, or local dishes with meat. We opted for the basic pastries each morning, though no butter or spreads accompanied them. Otherwise, the bread was very fresh! We also had freshly squeezed juices with our breakfast and they were great! Our stay was incredibly quiet and we slept very well on both nights, partly as I don’t think there were many people staying there at the time. The bed was also super comfortable, though perhaps not to everyone’s liking as the mattress was quite hard (which I love). The only real drawback to our stay is just how far away from everything the hotel is (and maybe also the very dim lighting in the room, as others have commented). That being said, it’s a very local area and a great opportunity to explore away from the tourist sites. As we were to depart the Ivory Coast in a few days and needed Covid tests, staff were very generous in printing out documentation for us upon check out (thank you again!). We’d definitely stay again :)
