It was my first time to stay in Kote for a conference. The price was not cheap and the price/performance ratio was average. It was close to the airport and I had never been out due to safety reasons. The hotel facilities were pretty good!

Belonging to the Radisson chain, this hotel takes on the standards of the brand. There is little or nothing to say from a customer about the standards being kept: the inspection team is good enough for this. However... a few things went wrong. The airport pickup failed, for no known reason. The restaurant was, twice, very slow (some 50 minutes or so). I then visibly put on a timer when giving the order...then 21 minutes were enough. When a food order was wrongly taken, it took ages for the issue to be understood, acknowledged, scientifically argued, half-solved and finally reported to the management team. When the customer (not me personally) had to argue if seafood ("fruits de mer") had to mean several species of sea animals, or if just one species, accompanied by mushroom, qualified... This refined analytical argumentation went on and on, whilst offering a small discount would have closed the matter and kept the atmosphere. The reception is highly professional... but bland and deprived of the je-ne-sais-quoi that makes things hospitable. All in all, I can recommend this hotel for its proximity to the airport, and probably its suitability for airline crews. For conferences, the city centre offers alternatives.

Management need to do more to ensure hotel live up to its brand name and stars. Yes, staff are friendly, food is ok but you need more kitchen hands to take care of the omellette. Rooms are ok. No soft drinks in bar fridge in rooms.

We organised an event in March 2023 and while the staff were great and supportive - we are still waiting (after more than a year) for a refund for one our partners due to an error. Promises were made and then no response despite multiple attempts, calls are ignored.. real shame.

We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip. Everything was great. We arrived after 1 am and the shuttle bus driver was waiting for us at the airport and the front desk staff got us checked in quickly. The room is quiet and we had no issues sleeping late without noise from neighbors. The breakfast buffet was incredible and my only regret is I didn’t pre purchase it because it would have cost less but it was still worth it. In fact I think it was the best omelette I’ve ever had! Our next stay was great too. We used the gym, had a delicious dinner (get the Senegalese chicken yassa with rice!) and with the quiet room, was able to get a few hours of sleep before checking out in the early morning. No issues with WiFi and the bathroom amenities were nice - the shampoo from Morocco smelled amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel.

A comfortable place to start or end a trip to Abidjan. The reception staff was friendly and the WiFi was fast. The room was comfortable. Breakfast yielded sufficient options. The location is so that you could literally walk to the airport. The location also avoids the horrendous city traffic on your way to and from the airport. It is an obvious favourite for airlines to lay up their people during an overlay.

More variety of dinner and breakfast. Internet was fast and good. Scrap the QR check in its waste too much time before connecting. More pillows required to support painful neck. Entertain required on TV.

I had a terrible experience at the Radisson Blu Abidjan hotel, which cost me nearly $200 per night. I arrived late due to a delayed flight, but when I got to the hotel, I was told that my reservation had been canceled. Eventually, they found a room for me, but it was dirty, the bathroom door was missing, and there were no towels. I immediately went to the front desk to express my dissatisfaction with the condition of the room. However, despite their efforts, the overall experience left me disappointed and questioning the value of my stay at such a high price.

Useful place to stay if you can’t or don’t want to stay on the plateau, very convenient for the airport, hotel is modern inside, nice rooms, gym is well set up, breakfast is comprehensive. The internet was unreliable a lot of the time so not good for connecting to office networks or video conference but ok for casual use.

Rooms are nice and clean, bar and lounge area dirty and not organized! Will see what breakfast look like tomorrow morning! Very few options available at bar, and English a huge problem in hotel! Expected more from a Radisson Blu! Reception friendly and efficient

Great! Was there for Mother's day brunch. Was nice overall. Just review the grilled lobsters recipe. It felt like there was sand in it when I chewed. Also review the sushi recipe, the rice was too soft. Other than that, everything else was perfect!
