Great stay and great service from Yelli, Onesime, and Charlaine!!! Thank you for everything and see you again soon!! They are wonderful and so helpful and prompt. They are kind and fast and always helpful for anything you need. Will plan to come back because of them.

The staff in the restaurant downstairs and the pool were extremely welcoming! Although there weren't many veggie options, they went above and beyond to make sure I had a lovely meal. Service was great 👏🏿 All the pool staff was lovely and made feel at home.

The Sofitel has a very nice room and beautiful setting, a superb swimming pool, Alphonse Sahou for his attention to find me a vehicle when I arrive at the airport, also to Mrs. Adou Lucie always ready to bounce on my little worries in my room during my stay.

I really enjoyed the Sofitel with very nice rooms and beautiful setting, a superb swimming pool, Alphonse for his proactivity allowed me to reserve a room and a vehicle on my arrival at the airport without having reserved, also I ate well at the garden chef Loukou, thank you also to Mrs. Adou Lucie for her attention during my stay.

Currently staying here for what we thought would be a relaxing few days at a nice brand in between more rustic accommodations in remote destinations. Staying here was a huge mistake. Having stayed at many Sofitels, this is absolutely the worst I’ve ever seen. Was fooled by the overall positive rating here and brand recognition and booked without reading the negative reviews. Booked a junior suite and arrived late from a flight, only to take a shower that flooded the bathroom within 2 minutes because the drain was clogged. Disgusting- called reception from the toilet telephone as it was the only one that worked, and was told there was nothing they could do tonight as they were fully booked. Next day we switched rooms after they insisted on confirming the drain couldn’t be fixed. Sure enough, after an hour waiting on maintenance, it could not be fixed. New room and the safe was broken. It is one thing after another here. The hall ways seem to be under construction, and the gym is absolutely dreadful. This is an expensive hotel and it in no way justifies its cost. Between here and the Pullman or Novotel, definitely choose them over the Sofitel. You will pay more money here and be much worse off. While the staff tries to fix the problems, they are under equipped for this losing battle of a hotel. Really wish we could just get our money back for night 2 and move to the Pullman.
