Excellent hotel.
They need to pay more attention to customer service, including the number of complimentary drinking water.
They also need to take time to inspect the room at checkout.
The standard room doesn't have a sitting area.
They should upgrade customers during off-season.

Unfortunately, I was surprised to find a modern hotel in a popular tourist destination of this standard.
The internet has been down since our arrival on May 1st. No WIFI.
I had to buy a mobile modem and subscribe to STC.
The room cleaning only requires making the bed. When I contacted the reception, they sent me the missing tissues, water, and room supplies in the middle of the night.
The doors to the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are of poor quality and can only be locked.
The pool has no dedicated employee, lifeguard, or towels. This is the first time I've seen the pool water change color. It needs supervision and guidance for guests, especially children.
The room staff needs training.
The breakfast buffet needs to be reviewed and include meals and drinks for children instead of their breakfast being just cupcakes.
