Definitely not a 4 stars and absolutely over expensive for what you get. No brochure in our room neither glasses for the mini bar nor hot water boiler and the hair dryer was not working in the bathroom Food is mediocre both for dinner and breakfast.

I spent a few days here with my kids and family in February 2022 and enjoyed the stay. A few issues with the heating in our suite -- too hot and also with the breakfast -- too cold... but overall a very good stay and we would go there again.

Che dire abbiamo portato la nostra mamma presso la vostra struttura per festeggiare il suo 87º compleanno è stata un’esperienza fantastica tutto lo staff e si è prodigato per rendere questo giorno meraviglioso grazie siete fantastici dal Personale al direttore ritorneremo sicuramente

Esperienza sconcertante, ci siamo recati per un soggiorno di 2 notti. Ci viene consegnata una camera in condizioni disastrose, piena di muffa e sporca. Purtroppo all'arrivo abbiamo solo messo giù i bagagli, siamo andati a sciare e dopo cena ci siamo resi conto dello stato. La mattina ci viene promesso di cambiarci camera....e qui inizia un'altra odissea. Prima ci viene data una stanza più piccola ( noi avevamo una familiare composta da due stanze da letto separate) alla mia domanda del perché mi viene risposto che mio figlio avrebbe potuto dormire sul divano a letto. Finalmente ci viene accordata una stanza dello stesso livello, trasportiamo ancora il tutto e arrivati nella camera ci viene detto che sfortunatamente non era pronta....dopo un ora finalmente siamo riusciti ad avere la stanza. Al check out alle mie rimostranze sul fatto di dover pagare 450euro a notte per aver soggiornato in una stanza piena di muffa e sporca mi viene detto che ci potevano scontare le spese del garage. Abbiamo pagato tutto chiedendo di essere contattati dal manager...mai più sentito nessuno e non si sono nemmeno curati di rispondere alla nostre emails. Comportamento veramente scorretto e poco professionale.

Una settimana incantevole , fuori dal mondo . Dalla prima colazione abbondante a dir poco alla sera al bar tutto orchestrato da un personale d’eccellenza. Accogliente , bel curato nei dettagli , la differenza poi la fa il personale , Gabriele e la sua equipe volteggiano tra i tavoli perché tutti siano soddisfatti, alla spa gente simpatica e preparata , ho fatto uno splendido massaggio argentino ( una ragazza eccellente ) e poi la sera la cena e il bar , tutto da 10 e lode. Anche per il mio cagnolino . La mattina ti vesti e senza problemi ti catapultano sulle piste ben equipaggiati .. Grazie a tutti e torneremo presto

Sono stata in questo posto magico tre notti, con la mia bimba di 4 anni, alla sua prima volta sulla neve. Non dimenticheremo i giorni trascorsi. Struttura comodissima sia per la vicinanza alle piste sia per le comodità disponibili, quali noleggio attrezzature interno all'albergo, spa piccola ma rilassante e ottima colazione e cena. Un grazie particolare va a caramello e karina, ottimo servizio miniclub, dove la mia piccola ha fatto laboratori, baby dance e serata cinema pizza, divertendosi tantissimo

Hotel bello a pulito proprio sotto le piste della val di Luce. Ottimo per chi vuole raggiungere le piste in 5 minuti a piedi. Lo staff è molto accogliente e disponibile, merita il massimo dei voti. Uno speciale ringraziamento a Roberto! Da non dimenticare i ragazzi del noleggio Sci interno all'hotel. Persone di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica! Il Ristorante intero non è nulla di eccezionale ma cmq abbiamo sempre mangiato bene. La colazione invece è stellare. Grandiosi anche i ragazzi del baby club. Le cameriere ai piani un po' distratte ( hanno sempre dimenticato la carta igienica) ma comunque le camere sempre pulitissime. Grazie di tutto, torneremo presto!

Siamo tornati in questo splendido resort dopo alcuni (troppi) anni, e l'esperienza rimane sempre incantevole. Le camere sono molto spaziose, pulite e silenziose, tutta la struttura è molto accogliente ed il personale è molto disponibile e gentile. Il ristorante offre colazioni molto abbondanti e delle cene (eravamo a mezza pensione) veramente gustose. Siamo tornati anche alla SPA che, pur non essendo molto grande, vi farà rilassare con la sua piscina con vista sul monte e le sue docce emozionali. Se state pianificando un soggiorno in Val di Luce dovrete assolutamente provare questo resort.
